"Gigi was amazing she took time to check me in and explained everything I would need to know. I have stayed at more expensive hotels and didn’t get this type of treatment. The only negative was in the morning I was getting breakfast and a staff with dreads was on the phone being nasty with a customer. When she got off the phone she cursed out loud and my child was there with me. Other than that I would stay there again."
