"I came down to surprise my best friend for her birthday bc she goes to school down here it was a very easy check and didn’t have to do much before we left the host is very accommodating and check on us after our first night it’s a very nice and clean place. It also kept us entertained there are games and a Wii you can use but over all had a great time and would dusty here again "

"This property is very clean and comfortable. There’s a well organized closet with all kinds of toiletries that's an unexpected and pleasant surprise and very handy. I love the fact that all of the linens, blankets, bed and bath rugs and towels are cotton. I especially enjoyed the nearby neighbor animal sounds of chickens and geese. It's just a lovely setting, something I now miss after returning home. Thanks very much."

"Wonderful property and a very accommodating host. Love that we could purchase original art from the walls of our room. Only issue, as a 6 foot 3 inch tall guy, is the shower is indeed small. It is disclosed, and while I tight fit, was immaculately clean. Next time we are in Johnson City we would not hesitate to stay here again!"

You can hear the trains go by, so if sensitive to noise you might bring earplugs to sleep in. "I very much enjoyed my stay in this very feminine and chic little flat. It is close to the train and over a restaurant, but the noise wasn’t nearly as bad as I expected and the white noise machine I travel with was very helpful. I do recommend bringing your own pillow. The mattress is good, but the pillows are flat. I would definitely book again. "
