the substantial fee was added after i committed to a irreversible reservation. the fee was similar to the nightly rate. this was frustrating. hotel is fine but it would be nice to know the cost upfront

"OVERALL, EVERYTHING WAS FANTASTIC. IF I WANTED TO BE REAL PICKY...THE KITCHEN WAS SMALL EVENTHOUGH IT HAD ALMOST EVERYTHING AND THE TV WAS IN THE LIVINGROOM ONLY, NONE IN THE BEDROOM. WE WOLD DEFINATELY STAY THERE AGAIN."

Amazing home for a perfect winter getaway
"This was an incredible place to stay for a snowy weekend with the family. The house is huge and and just beautiful. The hosts even had the long driveway plowed and stairs/walkway shoveled for us, would definitely recommend staying here."

We hiked up to Overlook Mountain which was a bit challenging, but totally worth it. Also visited Opus 40 which was creative and beautiful. The town of Woodstock has wonderful restaurants and an eclectic mix of shops. Great town!

We visited the Tibetan Monastery which was unique and beautiful. Many other things were closed during the week, and that was very disappointing. We had trouble finding something to do after dinner each night.
