Cozy and spacious apartment in tree-lined neighborhood

We offer a complete garden apartment with a separate entrance on the first level of our family home. The floor plan of the apartment has two connected bedrooms (railroad style), a living room, and a large, fully equipped, eat-in kitchen with a gas stove, coffee maker and toaster. The bathroom is bright and clean with a European-tiled shower. Each bedroom has a queen bed : one is on the softer side, one is for those who enjoy a more firm mattress. There is also a full-sized futon in the living room that can be made into a third bed. The beds are outfitted with either a plush down or Australian wool comforter. The towels and washcloths are soft and luxurious. A peaceful private patio is yours to enjoy along with a Webber grill and two fire pits : one further from the house in the yard and one right there on the patio.

Our family is friendly, kind and energetic. During the week, you will hear us during the morning rush and again during the evening rush. On weekends, we are in and out throughout the day so you will hear us sporadically. Things are quiet daily from 8 pm - 7:30 am (a bit later on weekends) so your rest will be peaceful and quiet.

Arriving is a breeze with parking in the driveway, steps away from the private entrance. Equipped with a separate heating zone and thermostat, the apartment is cozy even on the coldest of northeast evenings. The private covered patio with a grill is perfect for watching thunderstorms or dining al fresco. Also, we have two fire pits for guests to enjoy.

We offer WIFI to guests and cell service here is great. There are two TVs. One has a Roku fully loaded with Amazon Prime and a bunch of other entertaining apps. The second is a VHS player with a VHS collection containing over 100 videos to choose from. There are some real gems in the collection for both kids and grownups.

For the kids, we have a pack-n-play and a few toys and books just for them. There are some toys and swings in the large backyard that you are welcome to use with adult supervision and at your own risk.

The neighborhood is safe, quiet and filled with friendly folks. A perfect loop for walking, skateboarding and biking exists right out the front door.

We have been in the area for decades and know it very well. Feel free to ask us anything you can think of. We want you to love the Catskills as much as we do.

2.5 miles from the center of Woodstock and convenient to all of the Hudson Valley, this is the perfect launch pad to explore the Catskill region. The thrills of the summer and winter sports, thought provoking arts and fabulous dining are all here, set against a backdrop unmatched in natural beauty.
