The staff upgraded us to a room w fireplace without hesitation or extra fees. Stayed at many places before and it’s the little things that go a long way, plus Food at their restaurant was delicious. "Communication with host was very good, and accessing the property was easy. The location was also very good with shops and restaurants within walking distance. Pets a welcomed with no extra fees. Area rugs are worn and stained - should be replaced. Bathroom is very cramped."
