Wonderful stay ! Thirty minutes from Sequoia National. Very clean and lots of amenities , kitchen well equipped and the town of Woodlake ( one grocery store) nearby.
Great communication !
All you need for a relaxing stay !
We enjoyed our stay in this quiet location. The hosts are responsive and kind, and the property clean. The nearby town is pleasant, with some restaurants and safe areas for the family.

We loved our stay here. Me and my parents had lots of space to relax in plus enjoy some Netflix in the evenings. We got to pet horses and look out over the olive trees at the mountains. We used the fully stocked kitchen to enjoy meals. Great place!
The place is very neat and well organized, a perfect ranch house and you’ll get to meet few horses outside the house. Tim and his partner are very responsive. I would definitely recommend this property for stay…
We enjoyed the scenic location near enough to town for a quick trip for groceries. Jessica was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Our pup loved the fenced in yard. The unit had all the necessary amenities and comfy beds. It was a great place to stay!
Beautiful location and bery comfortable stay with my dog
We absolutely loved it there. it has wonderful view during sunrise from the hills and cute backyard for my pup to run and play. Property is maintained well even though its a Mobile home. Well equipped kitchen. Great location. calm and peaceful. Be mindful of neighbours though, there was one guy who was not happy with us walking around as he thought we were intentionally there to disturb his dogs and horses.
Perfectly situated between Kings Canyon and Sequoia, allowed for great day trips. The local town offers plenty of grocery options to take advantage of the grill or full kitchen.
Enjoyed the feel of the property, getting to interact with the horses and dogs - owners were more than accommodating with great communication.
Highly recommend

Over All great experience ! Thank you Jessica and Tim. We will definitely see you again!!
Great stay, has all the amenities for unplugging! The little town of Woodlake is cute! The deck with the fire pit, tranquil! Ever in this area again, will return! :)
Came for an anniversary party in Woodlake. Decided to leave Friday to avoid traffic. Finding the place was a little hard to fine. but woke up to a great view.
This was the most wonderful place we have ever stayed! Extremely beautiful location and very friendly host! Tim and Jessica are amazing and go above and beyond to make your stay fantastic! We would highly recommend staying here! Great place to just come and stay or to visit Kings Canyon National Park. Beautiful drive to the Park.
Even with Sequoia National Park closed at some points- this location was a great headquarters for visiting both Sequoia and Kings Canyon.
Our children especially loved this place- the people, the home, and the horses! Absolute Gem!
You have to enjoy the country but I am a country girl, so I loved this little house. When pulling in to the property I was questioning if we were at the right place. But once we got out and walked up to porch and opened the door, I was completely on board with this being our accommodations for the night. It’s a remodeled property with cute enclosed front yard, awesome front porch, vast open views with mountains in the distance.
I particularly loved the master bedroom and bath. The little ladies vanity dressing table in the bathroom was my personal favorite part. I loved having space and a good sized mirror for applying my makeup and relaxing in the morning.
Our family enjoyed family supper and breakfast at the kitchen table. It was so cozy.
No it’s not a brand new structure but the work done made it a great little place to spend a night or two (wish we could have stayed longer).
At dark the night we were there we light the porch fire and just sat and soaked in the sunset, sky and peace and quiet.
I’d stay again no question!
This place is so secluded and tranquil. Feels even bigger in person; especially the kitchen. You could cook a Thanksgiving feast in there. The biggest surprise is the fury welcoming crew. Sweetest dogs! Hope to be back soon.
This property was just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Visalia. But not too far that we felt like it was in another town. The directions were very accurate. No communication was required due to the easy to follow instructions. The entry code worked the first time. That is not always the case when I use a vacation rental with key coded entry. The place was clean and served our needs perfectly!
This accommodation was just for 1 night, it was easy to check in, clean and had a well equipped kitchen. It was about 10 minutes with the car outside town.
Clean and cute little place close to both Kings Canyon and Sequoia NP. Made for a great, quiet little getaway. Would definitely use again if we return to Sequoia NP.
