"The house was exactly as the photos show - well equipped, clean and comfortable with a view over the marina and the river. We had to call our hosts with a power issue on our first night and they couldn't have been more helpful. We weren't there on holiday so didn't get chance to explore the town or area properly but hope to do so on future visits."

"The accommodation was comfortable. The bathroom is in need of updating and a deep clean although the shower was excellent. The outside of the property belied the inside - it is in need of care and attention, the bins were overflowing and the brambles had taken over."

Rooms spacious, furnishing basic We booked for a party of 8, however there were only 6 dining chairs, 6 metal knives and only 5 mugs, of which one had a broken handle. So, provision of equipment was not adequate for the party size booked. There was no check-in information provided. "I hesitate to write negative reviews, but need to make sure the next renters understand the house properly. The House is literally attached to, and behind, the Mermaid Takeaway on Green End Road. Looking at google maps, a new unit has been built to replace the small storage shed shown, and the green space in front of the house is now the back patio of that unit (not your unit). You are close to the street, have no privacy, and the downstairs bathroom smells like fish and chips. With it being the...

"Very horrible, the apartment posted on the site is totally different and my family was exposed to the cold before they could find an alternative one. Very unprofessional and might be in a process of start some legal action "

"This is a lovely Aparthotel in a great location in Cambridge. Only downside is the noise from the road. I advise guests to bring earplugs or even better, supplied by the hotel. Some noise also from banging doors in the corridor. A coffeemaker is provided in the room, but only with 2 capsules and no fresh milk available."
