"Paul, the innkeeper, is super nice and helpful. The Mansion is beautiful and well appointed for modern times. The four course breakfast was awedsome. The mansion is up on a hill away from Downtown Asheville. If you like to relax in your room, this is a great option. I am more of a explorer while traveling so coming home after 10PM was challenging since the parking lot is dark."

"The property is much better than in the photos. The appointments are very nice, right down to the framed photo in the bathroom. The most striking thing is how warm and comfortable it feels once you are inside. Convenient location for everything there is to see and do in Ashville. "It was clean and comfortable. The towels were not great…..could use new, fluffy ones. They are very used. Also, arriving in the evening we had no soap or any shower products. We had to go out in the morning. We’ve stayed at a lot of places and always had soap & shampoo provided. "

"We visited the area for a family vacation. The property is located in a decent area. Steep driveway, which was noted in the listing and we got used to it. The home was well stocked with most of the amenities you would from cooking in the kitchen ti laundry and bathroom. The rooms were nice and clean and the hot tub was the best way to relax at the end of a long day. Didn’t use the fire pit but that was also a nice feature to have. Overall fantastic stay!"
