"We stayed here for a lacrosse tournament. Other teammates families stayed elsewhere and they regretted it! We had the best experience from check in to check out. Our check in was with the supervisor and she was excellent. Our checkout with another team member was also easy as can be. Our room was clean and comfortable and as expected for Hilton standards. "Parking was almost impossible Saturday evening probably b/c of an event scheduled. Phones not answered when tried prior to arrival. Short staffing probably was the reason for the dishes , glasses etc. covering all tables in lounge area on Sunday morning. Otherwise this is a beautiful hotel and we will book again and hope for improvement In these areas."

"We are new Quinnipiac parents and were lookimg for a good pet friendly otion. This hotel was 5 mins away, walkable to a bunch of Hamden's better restaurants, quiet, modern, clean and well appointed. Breakfaat was one of the better ones we have had, although it ends pretty early (9am weekdays), gym was great and we already booked it for move in and parents weekend!"
