"The property was excellent. Thanks for the goodies. My criticism would be gaining access and finding property. When driving it was difficult to find the property. A photo of front door would be helpful. The instructions for access could have been better by stating the ‘Lock box’ for the key to the apartment was outside the property by the front door. The lock box was also temperamental and difficult. Perhaps change the box and locate it by the door of the apartment. "

"The one bed room apartment i stayed in is very clean and tidy. The bed is very confortable; i had good night sleep in here. On the down side, i had to chase the email for checkin procedures. The phone number provided in the email confirmation is wrong. "Amazing location! Car parking just around the corner is you struggle to get parking on the street outside. Everything you need in the apartment! Both bed and sofa bed were super comfy! Only thing I would say for apartment 30 is to get curtains rather than just net in the living room as I slept on the sofa bed and could see people outside in the morning so they could defo see me! But honestly, had the best time! "

"We love coming to Sidmouth there is nice shop and tea rooms, book shops there is a nice big playground and the weather was very good warm for October/November and the best of all is this flat it's a nice sides it's got every thing you need and its got parking and iit very close to the shops and sea front we will be back next year "

The flat was immaculately clean, well fitted and accessorised kitchen so you won't want for anything if you're cooking for yourself. The flat is perfectly located so the seafront is only a short walk away. Just beware that towels aren't provided. "Fabulous property in a perfect location. Communication with Tony, was excellent from start to finish. The property was everything we needed for the week, even if the weather maybe was not. A fabulous space even with 3 teenagers. But the piece de resistance has to be the view! We could have sat on that deck all day every day and never moved! It was mesmorising.
