"We loved the indoor pool and spa at this motel. The staff were all very friendly. Location is great, a short walk to Queen Victoria markets, Melbourne Central, and trams to get you everywhere. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. We have stayed before and will stay again!"

"The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating. They rectified an issue in a very prompt manner and demonstrated care and compassion. We caught the train to Southern Cross and it was easily accessible. Everything is nearby once you are there. Very clean and great facilities."
