"This was our first visit since the renovations, and we were pleased with them outside of 2 things. First is the rooms are too “chic” and the sofa chairs in the rooms are not very comfortable, however, the bed was very comfortable and plenty of pillows! The bathroom and shower were excellent. The 2nd thing was the outdoor hot tub “shrunk”. The original could easily hold 10-12 people no problem. The “new” one holds maybe 4 comfortably, not sure why they would make it smaller. "This was our first time at this property. We had to use the check in desk and the workers were helpful and inviting. The room was recently upgraded and was very clean. My daughter and I have allergies and this was important for us. The property manager communicated often and was nice. We didn’t have any extra needs while.we were there but he did reach out to ask and check in. The facilities were fun for our children and we enjoy the area which we have visited many times. "Wife and I had a weekend stay at one of the suites with the jacuzzi. Room was clean, and the amenities were good, though there were some minor signs of wear and tear like failing tile grout. Nothing that impacted the enjoyment of our stay. Staff was friendly but not overbearing. Would have liked to stay longer and better experience the area."
