"We were initially sceptical about the pictures of the property being authentic, but we were pleasantly surprised to find out when we got to the property that it looked exactly as the pictures online. The rooms were spacious and clean. The living room was very cosy and came with Netflix and Prime, just perfect for after meal entertainment for the family. Overall, I highly recommend to any group looking to spend a few days in Leeds in a homely setting away from hotels."

"well the whole house was appalling. the house smelt as soon as you walked in, the ceilings were leaking the floors where dirty and brown. a broken fridge that stunk that we were unaware off until after 2 hours of being there. dirty dishes in the cupboard, no utensils whatsoever, holes in the wall, big clusters of storage all over the house, tv did not even work, the garden was an absolute mess, the built in fridge was dirty and sticky. dried up liquid underneath the fridge, the hot water did not...

The property is really handy for easy access to the centre of Leeds or access to the motorway for travel further a field. We stayed while our house was being renovated and found it a lovely place to work from home but also easy to access major routes out of Leeds when we needed to travel into work. We reported this to the managing agent who came round that evening with some 'industrial-strength' air freshener - this improved things but only slightly and the smell returned.
