"I booked this property and paid direct to the property. I received confirmation of payment by email. I drove to the property expecting a code for the key box. I did not get one. I tried phoning the letting company, no response, email no response, what'sapp no response. I contracted Hotels.com who also pursued. no response. I have lost my money and had to find alternative accomodation at a higher cost. do NOT book to stay at this property. it is a scam "

"The property was clean, stylish and comfortable. It is located in the highly convenient area where you can easily access Aldi, Waitrose, asian supermarket and everyone's favourite the Moor market! I love that there are lots of bedrooms that we can use for different purposes. If you use the floor heating in the dining kitchen in addition to the main heating, you can stay warm. The host was always friendly and eager to help guests."

"The house was really nicely renovated and felt fresh and comfortable. Communication with the owner was excellent. Parking was also easy and it was nice to have a little outdoor space on the patio!"

"Beautiful cottage, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Bed was very comfortable and great shower. Only lost a star for location due to road being a little noisy."

"We were looking for a 2 bedroom stay for us, our teenage daughter, and our 10 month old. Roomzzz came up asa 2 bed apartment option, which suited our needs perfectly. We were very impressed with the hotel; apartment was spacious and very clean, and we will absolutley stay here again if in Leeds. "

"Good convenient location in heart Sheffield. Stayed before, when new so looking a bit tired now. A great room with good facilities mini kitchen etc. Very comfortable, could be noisy as room this time on street level. But luckily a quiet street in Sheffield and a quiet Saturday night. "

"I have stayed at numerous apartments and this is by the THE best property I’ve stayed at in the UK. The host was absolutely amazing , she went above and beyond to answer questions prior and during check in. The pictures does not do the property justice , it’s more beautiful in person . Don’t hesitate when it comes to booking , I will definitely be back. "
