Step inside to find a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, ducted air conditioning throughout, a BBQ, and a double garage. The Lake House comfortably accommodates up to six guests, with a queen bed in the master bedroom, a double bed in the second bedroom, and two single beds in the third—making it perfect for families with children.

Unwind with a barbecue in the synthetic grass courtyard or take a leisurely stroll to nearby Reddall Reserve, just minutes away. The reserve offers walking paths to the lake's entrance, local beaches, and various water activities.

Whether you're here for leisure or work, The Lake House is ideally located. The scenic Illawarra Lake foreshore and Reddall Reserve are just steps away, featuring BBQ areas, a large playground, exercise equipment, and more. Warilla Beach is close by, and the area offers plenty of recreational activities, including a par 72 championship golf course, a driving range, mini-golf, and a picturesque bike track stretching from Windang to Shellharbour. You'll also find cafes, restaurants, and shops within walking distance, with major shopping centers just a short drive away.

Enjoy the convenience of on-site parking with a private double garage. For families traveling with young children, a Portacot and highchair can be provided upon request, subject to availability. Bath towels are included, and we recommend bringing your beach towels for your seaside adventures.

Close to everything, very comfortable and modern.
Lovely accommodation, clean and welcoming, surprisingly bigger inside and quieter than we thought it would be, no noise when inside. Excellent location near Lake Illawarra, beach and play area for kids all within easy walking distance. Would stay here again any time.

Nice townhouse close to family-friendly reserve
We enjoyed our stay and particularly liked it's proximity to playgrounds and the reserve for family-friendly swimming. A very walkable area as well. It is near a busy road, so there is a lot of traffic noise when sitting outside on the deck, but this is barely audible inside with doors closed. Well-stocked kitchen and bath towels provided. No hand towels though, so bring your own.

Great house in an excellent spot.
We had never been to Warilla before but loved it. The patrolled beach and lovely lakes and lagoon areas at each end are fabulous. The walks and bike paths excellent too. The house itself is light and airy and fresh. The 3 bathrooms are handy with a very good kitchen although a bit more equipment would be great especially a large saucepan. The 2 queen size beds are very comfortable but the bunks aren’t great for adults. It is an easy walk to lake, beach and shops.
