This 4 bedroom home is located in the Shell Cove Marina Precinct only 90 minutes from Sydney and a walk away from the beach.
It has been prepared to be your home away from home with everything to make your stay relaxing, comfortable, convenient and as special as possible, so you can escape away with minimum fuss and enjoy your time away with family and friends.

Your holiday home is conveniently located near many amenities and great attractions.
Woolworths is only a 1-minute drive and a short stroll from the home. It is open every day from 7.00am to 10.00pm making it very convenient to stock up on your supplies when you arrive. It also includes a bottle shop, cafes, and an ice creamery, for you to enjoy.
Shellharbour Village and Shellharbour City Centre are also close by and offer many great cafes, restaurants and specialty stores.
Some of the many amazing attractions in close proximity include, Jamberoo Action Park a fun water theme park set amongst 40 hectares of landscape gardens. Minamurra Rainforest with walking trails through the rainforest to the beautiful waterfalls.
If you’re a surfer there are many famous surfing spots to explore only minutes away, such as the Shallows, Killalea (The Farm), Redsands and Mystics.
Snorkel or Dive at Bass Point an aquatic reserve known for its abundance of fish life.
Hike the many bush trails through Macquarie Pass National Park.
Explore the picturesque towns of Kiama and Berry only a short drive south of the property, where you can enjoy shopping and dining.
If you enjoy golf you are spoilt for choice. The Links Shell Cove, a challenging course is only 5 minutes away. Other golf courses nearby include Kiama Golf course, Port Kembla Golf course and Calderwood Valley Golf Course at the foot of the escarpment.
Take a leisurely drive south and explore the dozen cellar doors scattered along the Shoalhaven wine trail.
Take a day trip and head towards Jervice Bay and discover the beautiful beaches and villages dotted along the coastline.
In short, Seabreeze at the Marina offers plenty to see and do located within a short distance of the property.
The property is ideal for children and the less mobile guests with only two steps into the home and a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor.
Please note that the Marina is still under construction with the official opening of the Marina coming in 2021. There may be construction work nearby during work hours only.
Conditions:
In order to provide a high-quality service to our guests we have to advice you of the following conditions that must be adhered to.
Firstly, we are incredibly excited for you to stay at our property that we have put a lot of love and care to ensure that you will have a relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable time. However, we ask that you treat the place with the same care and respect you would your own home. As well as respect the neighbours around the property.
We live only a few minutes from the premises and are apart of the local community.
The number of guests should not exceed the allowable 8 people. There are to be no events held at the property and no outside noise after 10pm. Any noise complaints or inappropriate behaviour that require security or the police to be called out will result in entire loss of bond and in severely adverse circumstances eviction from the property.
Damages, breakages, theft and loss are the tenant’s responsibility during their stay.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Furniture must not be moved.
Check-out time is strictly 10.00am to allow time to prepare property for the next guests.
Check-in time is after 3.00pm
$1,000 Bond is payable 7 days prior to guests’ arrival date. Owners will forward the bond through relevant account details. The bond will be refunded within 48 hours in full subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover additional cost incurred including but not limited to, any breakages, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared...etc
Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owners.

Holiday Stay
This property was amazing, very clean, modern, new and accomodated all our needs. Communication with Kieran was excellent. He was proactive and responded to any our of queries in a timely manner. The location was so central. 1 min drive and 5 minute walk to Woolworths and literally 5 minutes drive from everyone you wanted to go - beaches, resturants, parks etc. We really enjoyed our stay at this property and loved the little things Keiran left for our use to make it feel homely - including the nespresso machine and coffe pods, some snacks, beer etc. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much.
