We have been the owners of Beachside Bliss for over 15 years offering people a personal experience in our villa on our property.

We have now aqquired the property next door to us and have turned it into a comfortable 4 bedroom home

An amazing family home located 80 metres to the beautiful warilla beach Offering 4 bedrooms (1x king , 2 x queen, 1 king single and a roll away)
Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.
Open air covered deck overlooking spacious lawn area and outdoor fire pit .

**Where will I be ?**

Beachside bliss 2 is located approximately 1.5 hrs south of Sydney in the quiet coastal suburb of Warilla beach.

** Why choose Beachside bliss 2?**

Main bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite , 2 & 3 bedrooms with 2 living areas with queen beds and the 4th bedroom with a king single and a rollway.
Main bathroom is quiet large and has a bath , shower and toilet and vanity.

There is 2 large imported Indonesian teak tables located in the main dining room and in the outdoor deck area .
The kitchen is well equipped with a coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, large new fridge , gas top cooker and oven .
Main living area consists of 2 large comfortable lounges and a day bed .
Second lounge room has smart television and funky single cow hide chair and a 3 seater lounge .
All quality linen , pillows and bath towels provided .

**WIFI , NETFLIX- will we hsve it ? **
This property provides a complimentary WI-FI and password will be provided in your pre arrival email .
Please note that we cannot garantee 100% that the wifi will work at high speeds constantly.

**Staying warm or keeping cool ?**
Reverse cycle airconditioning in the main lounge room .
There is ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living areas .
Generally in summer we have a sea breeze .
Gas heater for winter periods .

** What about outdoors ? **

Beachside Bliss has a spacious undercover back deck which overlooks and large grassed yard with a fire pit located up the back of the yard .
The 4 burner BBQ is located in its own area protected from the weather to cook .
Sensor lights along the length of the driveway allow easy transition of a night to the garage .
Outdoor hot and cold shower for washing off after beach days.
The garage contains a new ping pong table and there is plenty of room to park a car or jet ski in the car.
Also a boat can be parked down the driveway behind a sercure gate .
Out the front is a fenced paved courtyard with seating to enjoy the morning sun .

** What about sheets , towels and other supplies?**

Quality pillows , blankets , doonas , linen and bath towels provided at this property.
Please bring your favourite beach towel.

** Parking for cars , boats , etc ? **

There is off street parking .
Open air parking for 2-3 cars and also the use of the garage for 1 car .

** Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay ? **

Beachside bliss 2 is a pet friendly property, subject to the following rules:
Pets must be declared at time of booking .
Please BYO pet bedding and bowls ,etc ?
Please do not allow wet or dirty dogs in or through the house .
Absolutely no dogs on the furniture or in the bedrooms .
The yard is fully fenced .
There is dog of the leash zones located in close proximity.
Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately.

* What are the minimum stay rules ? *

There is a minimum two night stay for all bookings , which changes to three nights on long weekends, four nights at Easter and five night blocks during peak season .
Peak season runs from mid - December to the end of January.

Do your self a favour and book this place for your next holiday/getaway.You will NOT be disappointed.Absolutely beautiful newly renovated house . Super clean and the most comfortable beds . Great outdoor area. Interior design of the house was stunning!! The bedrooms were perfect size loved that the house had 2 separate lounge rooms. Linen and beach towels were provided .Outside shower was perfect for after the beach .Kitchen was fully equipped with all your cooking needs and coffee machine. All utensils were clean .Very kid friendly best location so close to warilla beach and a great estuary perfect for the kids . Our hosts Scott and Donna are absolutely amazing very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.So sad to be leaving!!We definitely will be back !!! What a gem for the NY week stay!
1) The house is newly renovated and kept spotlessly clean by the hosts, living literally next door 2) Very safe environment for children 3) 2 min walk to the ocean beach or 6 min walk to a nice freshwater beach, suitable for young children (just to mention that the closest good coffee shops or restaurants are to be found in Shellharbour, 5-10 min drive from the place, not in a walking distance) Overall a great value for money - both the location and house itself.

Best Family Christmas Holiday Ever !
Such an awesome house inside and out with the true beach feel we were looking for. We could not have been more happy with the accommodation it was fantastic with beautiful furnishings throughout and quality appliances in the new kitchen. Everything was newly renovated and there was plenty of room inside and out for adults and kids to break into separate living areas. On the outside deck we BBQ'd with views of the Illawarra escarpment and ocean breeze. A stone throw from the beach and lagoon. Thank you to our hosts again. Best Family Christmas Holiday Ever !
