"Our 3rd stay at Jasmine Cottage and 6th visit to Norfolk. Would have been more but for Covid restrictions. My friend and I (and a dog each) love the cottage and area. For us it’s perfect, long walks on the beach then short walk to the pub. The cottage is homely, dog friendly and has everything you need Which is why we keep coming back! "

"Amazing little cottage. Very well equipped, spotlessly clean, comfy and a great location for exploring the Norfolk coast. Parking was the only minor downside as had to park jn 3 different spots during our stay but dont let that put you off, still well worth it. Word of warning to tall people - I'm 6ft 1" mind your head on the low doorframes, lol. Thanks to Anna and John for being splenid hosts. Alan, Paula and Max the dog."

"Great location central Wells, walking distance to quay, shops, restaurants. On street parking was available nearby, 160 yds . This is a diper clean convenient and warm home. Tthere was plenty of equipment for a family in the compact kitchen space and very clear helpful notes for running of house. There was plenty of games, video s, very comfortable beds and pillows with spare blankets. "We spent a wonderful few days in Cherry Tree Cottage. The cottages have been beautifully renovated and well equipped and we were lucky enough to christen the amazing bbq grill and hut. The cottage is very dog friendly with enclosed garden. A great base to explore the North Norfolk towns and beaches with some great recommendations from Andy and Karen."

"We had the best experience from start to finish staying in this lovely cottage. The accommodation literally had everything we needed and more. Games for the kiddies, wood for the log burner, lots of lovely toiletries, a packed welcome pack full of goodies and much more. The lovely owner could not have been nicer; nothing was too much trouble. We really didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back again and we can’t wait."

My room looked out on the road; at first I thought it would be too noisy but the double glazing was very effective at blocking the sound. Good information eg clearly labelled light switches.
