Just steps from Crescent Lake, this modern, lake-view studio offers the perfect home base for four seasons of fun. In the winter months, you’ll be just under four miles from the Wolfeboro Abenaki Ski Area, and in the warm months, you’ll have your pick of hiking trails, golf courses, water sports on the lake, state parks, and natural areas. The shops, restaurants, and amenities of Wolfeboro are a little less than two miles away.

Inside the studio, you’ll find an open, light-filled space with high, pine-paneled ceilings. Start each day with a simple breakfast courtesy of the kitchenette, which includes a microwave, mini-fridge, and small dishwasher, then grab a bite at the bistro table before heading out.

Spend the day exploring on two wheels via the provided bike and nearby rail trail, then relax in the shared hot tub when you return. Enjoy the shared back yard with a campfire or some disc golf. After dinner, snuggle up on the sofa while you watch a bit of TV, or use the free high-speed WiFi and desk area to catch up on any remote work. Even better, unplug entirely with a cookout on the gas grill and a marshmallow-roasting session around the firepit outside, with firewood thoughtfully provided. More vacation necessities include a private washer/dryer, radiant-floor heating, and central air-conditioning. Amazing stay
The apartment was clean and well maintained. It has everything needed for a few days away. It is private but close to the downtown for anything we needed. We had a couple of minor questions which were answered promptly. I would highly recommend this place and would love to come back

Lovely space in quiet neighborhood
The apartment is gorgeous; very bright, and clean. The furniture is very comfortable and the bathroom is beautiful, with plenty of counter space. The designated, lit parking spot at the end of the driveway helps make it easy to find, especially at night, since the road is very dark and the house sits back a ways from the road. It's an easy 5-minute drive into the town of Wolfeboro for shopping, dining, etc, and easy access to all roads for exploring the surrounding lakes area. However, while the home is located in a private, very quiet neighborhood, the apartment itself may not be as private as you are picturing. The apartment, while over the garage, does share a wall with the upper floor of the main house. The entrances are either through the home's garage, or via a staircase and sliding glass door that look directly out over the backyard and hot tub. Most of the windows and half the sliding glass door do not have any shades or drapes. Also, the shared amenities in the beautiful backyard (fire pit and hot tub) were consistently in use by the homeowners each day of our stay, and thus we did not feel encouraged to use them ourselves. Overall it was a very pleasant stay, just not quite the private retreat we'd been picturing.

Beautiful, but with problems unattended
Beautiful apartment with beautiful light. My only complaint—and it is kind of a big one, unfortunately—is that there was a constant beeping noise from an expired fire alarm that was coming from the adjoining (locked) part of the house. I booked this rental for a writing retreat, so I was home nearly the entire time and it was distracting and sometimes hard to sleep. I called and texted Vacasa multiple times, but nobody ever came over the course of 3 days, leaving me to doubt if a “local team” actually exists. It put a damper on my whole stay and I wouldn’t recommend this place until they get their response protocol sorted.

Great getaway!
We loved staying here. The hot tub and steam shower were a huge plus after a long 9 mile hike in the White Mountains. We will be back here soon and hope to stay at Camp Hattie again!

Quiet dirt road within walking distance to town on the rail to trail in a nice studio apartment. It was the perfect spot for us, our dog and newborn over a long weekend.
