You will find everything you need for up to 4 guests to enjoy a comfortable stay, including a fully fitted kitchen/open plan living area, a modern bathroom with complimentary toiletries and towels and high speed Wifi throughout. You will be within easy reach of shops, restaurants, bars and local parks.

The Space:
This modern and stylish 2 bedroom apartment has been finished to a high standard and features comfortable furnishings, modern fixtures and fittings and plenty of room for up to 4 guests. The open plan living area is comprised of a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, large L-shaped sofa and smart TV. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. There are 2 double bedrooms, both featuring plenty of storage space for clothes and comfortable double beds made up with crisp hotel linen. There is a modern bathroom, with a shower and bath, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use.
- Please be aware that there is construction work ongoing on the exterior of the building.

Guests have sole access to the property. It has an independent entrance.

You will be situated in the heart of Woking, just 2 minutes from Victoria Place Shopping centre, as well as Woking Station, with it's lightning fast rail connections to Central London in less than 30 minutes. You will find a huge array of shops restaurants and bars all on your doorstep, as well as a choice of local parks within walking distance.

Getting Around:
Being so centrally located, you will be within walking distance of most shops, bars, restaurants and cafes. The train Station is just 2 minutes walk away with direct links in to central London in less than 30 minutes, as well as links to the rest of the country.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable.
