"living in the area, my wife and I enjoy the Kern River and the surroundings, we often tent camp but felt this time we would stay at the lodge, we have a 45lbs dog and that was no issue there. The rooms are clean and taken care of. The store acroos the street has breakfast and burgers. The place was quite and the steps to the river access is a great feature. I would recommend this 10 out of ten times. "

"My wife and our little dog stayed here for the last weekend in March. We really liked the kitchenette that allowed us to make & keep food/snacks with us for our daily excursions. I so appreciate a 12 cup coffee maker in the room that allowed me to use my own filters & coffee to enjoy whilst walking across the highway to sip by the river's edge. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. It was nice to drive just 15 minutes to get a fresh hot pizza from town. We love exploring mountain roads and got as far as Poison Creek campground at 35.934845, -118.396905 then the snow/ice was too deep to continue to Big Meadow via Forest Route 22S12. That being said, we will stay here again in the future and bring steaks so we can grill on the deck. Thanks Corral Creek Lodge!"

"The place was very nice with amazing views of the mountains and Lake Isabella. Only a little over an hour to the Trail of 100 giants to see the Sequoia trees! Had most of the amenities and was very peaceful and quiet. "

"This cabin was exactly what we were looking for—remote, private, and peaceful. It had all the essentials to make us feel right at home, and the amazing views added to the experience. My favorite part was the bonfire, which made the evenings extra special. Shirley was incredibly helpful and responsive to all our questions, making everything so smooth. We’re already looking forward to coming back someday!"

"We had a great stay in this cozy cabin. It comfortably fit 10 (5 adults and 4 kids plus a baby) of us and our dog with all of the comfortable, memory foam beds available. We loved the neighborhood, it was very woodsy and the neighbors were all friendly. It also was very close proximity to a ski resort and Lake Isabella. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"The upstairs room was really a lot of fun. The kids really enjoyed the air hockey game and the foose ball. Really liked the feature on the fire place that heated the room. It was a warm and cozy cabin. Loved the location and the best was that it snowed. So beautiful."
