"I am a man of simple pleasures. Check in was easy, very polite lady on reception. I speak a little Czech, and she speaks a little English and we communicate with very little problem. I stayed for 4 nights, and had what I needed. I can’t comment on the breakfast as I had a few late nights and not such early mornings. I will definitely be back - the neighbourhood is very quiet at night, links to anywhere in Ostrava very easy by tram. If you don’t want to travel far, then go to Kartač restaurant...

"Bed was acceptable. Owner came to bar after about 30 minutes waiting. Spoke enough English to explain everything. About what was expected for the price except No HOT WATER and it 11pm with no one to help. "

"Another wonderful stay, great location for sporting events, short walk or tram ride to the local stadium and arena. Property is very responsive in communication, clean and recently remodeled."

"Very simple hotel. Room was clean, outside of the room not. The hotel is situated in a deprived urban area which gives a very insecure feeling. We would certainly not go there again."

"Probably the nicest property we stayed at on our 1 month European vacation. Clean, new, spacious, well stocked . Great communication from staff. Great massage services. The hotel provides many additional services upon request (bring in breakfast, dinner, etc). "

"We stayed at this property due to being stranded in Ostrava during the Central Europe floods while in transit to Krakow. It wouldn’t be our first choice of hotels but any port in a storm. The staff were helpful but the property is probably 2 star at best "

"No air conditioning in the room, no bin in the room, no kettle in the room The only positive I can say is about the staff that prepared breakfast every morning , so polite ever so helpful with their smiles on their faces . Thank you ladies for providing me with a boiled water every single morning , you were amazing. Reception very poor knowledge how to get around , won’t stay there again "
