"The pool area was slightly too cold for the kids. There was one staff member I spoke with on a number of occasions regarding room set up for my daughter and sending a care package. She was rude multiple times on the phone. I was actually happy to no check in with her because she’s was rude but she did notice me once she saw me come in to set up because she stated I needed to do it myself "

The only letdown was the jacuzzi, which wasn’t working and apparently hasn't been for quite some time. It would be helpful if Expedia updated this info, as it was one of the main reasons I booked. "We had to take our dog on the trip last minute and we knew the hotel was pet-friendly, but I was very suprised ro receive a cute pup treat bag with our stay! Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The place was very clean and quite comfortable. I would definitely stay again "
