"Yes, this is old hotel and need some refurbishment of their rooms. However, the staff, food, location is exceptional - there is no doubt about the 5* rating and price to the quality. The views from the restaurant on 2nd floor during breakfast, or if You choose Panorama Sky Bar on 40th floor are incredible. On top of that there is brand new SPA/GYM facilities ran by third party company called OMNI, however included in the room price - it is simply amazing!"

"The hotel provided a taxi, free of charge, from and to the airport, which was very convenient. Staff were extremely helpful, professional and friendly. The hotel is located near the airport and about 20 minutes from the old town, which is convenient. Breakfast was excellent. Since this was a one-night layover with the family, the hotel served its purpose, but it would be difficult to stay longer with four people in one room. This was the only downside to our stay. The room was quite small to accommodate four people. It had one queen bed with a mattress that was way too soft and a pull-out couch with a mattress that was way too hard. Otherwise, a great stay. Would definitely recommend. "
