It's in a fantastic location close to the city centre of Colmar, and the apartment is a lovely, quirky apartment in a converted container. The terrace is an extra bonus. I traveled a long way from US to Swiss (Villa 12 is on the border between Swiss and France), and had to work on the arriving day, so I got at the Villa 12 Guesthouse around 8:30pm, that is very normal time for a hotel/Guesthouse check-in time.
