The Orchard, four bedrooms

The home is perfect for families or larger groups looking to explore all Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds has to offer.

This bright and airy home has an open plan living-dining room with a fireplace, small library of books and patio doors that open completely to offer an outside inside feel, perfect for the warmer summer months for al-fresco dining.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you would need for a short or long stay. The home is adorned with the owner's own selection of artwork.The bathroom is equipped with a spacious walk-in shower, wash basin and WC.

Three of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor, bedroom one has twin beds, bedroom two and three are made up with king sized beds (that can be made into twin beds if required.) The fourth bedroom is located up one flight of stairs with a double bed and comfy chair.

Our favourite feature of The Orchard is the gorgeous garden with patio and seating, offering views of the nearby countryside and fields.

The garden has an abundance of apple trees that you can enjoy during your visit.

The home has parking for up to two cars.

The Orchard can accommodate one well behaved dog, however the stairs up to bedroom four are not suitable for pets.

About The Orchard:

Three bedrooms located on the ground floor;
Bedroom one is furnished with twin beds bedside tables.
Bedroom two and three have super king sized beds (that can be made into twin beds if required)
Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
A flight of stairs leads up to the fourth bedroom with a double bed, comfortable easy chair and bedside table.
Please ensure that care is taken on the stairs.
