"Wir sind Ende März Freitags mit unserer großen Familie (17 Pers.) angereist. Es war eiskalt im Haus, die Heizung war aus. Aber zum Glück war es draußen sonnig und warm, so dass wir draußen sitzen konnten, bis die Heizung lief. Die Hilfe kam schnell und unkompliziert, nachdem wir das dem Vermieter gemeldet hatten.
