Studio gîte of 23 m² located on the ground floor of the owners' home, however we draw your attention to the fact that there are 20 steps to access it. Independent entrance. It consists of a main room including the kitchen area, the dining area and the sleeping area (1 double bed). Bathroom. WC. Washing machine available (owner laundry access). Central heating. Furnished terrace (slabs) with garden furniture, privatized. Including charges. Bed sheets and towels included. The cleaning fee is mandatory for professional rentals at €50. Free WIFI. Supermarket 4 km: Ban de Laveline. Pets accepted with a supplement of €5 per pet/stay. The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility: you have to climb 20 steps to access it.
