Grande Oaks on Dogwood @ Spring Brook Resort

Taking its name from the beautiful surrounding oak trees and its location on Dogwood Lane; this home includes a rustic looking 24' x 24' covered outdoor patio with a gas and charcoal grill, and a lower level walkout patio with fire pit. The interior is a unique blend of country décor and modern living; it sleeps a maximum of 18 people.

And no more “rock, paper, scissors” to decide who gets their own bathroom! Three of the six bedrooms in this house are master bedrooms with their own bathroom, and the master suite bathroom includes a Jacuzzi tub.

The first floor offers four large bedrooms all with king size beds and flat-screen TV's; two of the bedrooms have their own bathroom plus there is another full bathroom for general use. The large modern stainless steel kitchen includes a large island for extra seating and/or food preparation. The adjacent dining room opens to the kitchen and living room, and the cozy living room is furnished with a sofa bed, 47” flat-screen TV and additional dining room seating that converts into a poker/blackjack gaming area.

You'll also be thrilled with what the lower level has to offer! The beautifully finished lower level includes cozy warm in-floor heat; two bedrooms with king size beds and flat-screen TV's – one is a master bedroom with its own bathroom; another full bathroom for general use and laundry facilities. The lower level is also home to a rec room which includes a sofa bed, 47” flat-screen TV, pool table, air hockey, and kitchenette with an additional full-sized refrigerator. The lower level also has a walkout patio which leads to the fire pit.

Last but not least, the home features a one-of-a-kind theatre room with an 86" smart TV, surround sound, and three levels of seating. This is the place to be for those big games and for watching the latest action movies!

The house is also in close proximity to Spring Brook's Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop. Home sleeps maximum of 18, rates based on 12 people over the age of 3. Extra guest fee of $15/night per additional guest applies. Security Deposit of $500 required.

We stayed here for the memorial day week-end and had great time with the friends and family. The rooms sizes are perfect for our group and the theater room was the highlight. Couches on the main floor may need an upgrade. Overall we had good time.

Perfect house for a large group
We certainly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was in a casual golf course/resort community that was quiet. It had a nice community pool. It was also close to all the attractions in the Dells. The house was perfect for our large group. The teens loved the theater room in the evenings. The covered side porch and the fire pit area made for nice outside gatherings. The beds were comfortable and the house was spacious. The only downside to a large group staying here is we did run low on hot water when everyone was needing to shower. We would certainly stay here again.

We had a group of 11. The place was large enough for all of us. We did have a couple of problems that were very minor and were corrected by the fine Maintenance crew. Everything was provided for us except the food. The place was within three or four miles from downtown Wisconsin Bells. The facility that we stayed in had a pool table, air hockey game and a media center here we could watch movies and TV shows. At the Resort main building, they had a inside and outside pool, fitness center Tanning room, clothing and golf store and a nice Bar and Grill. The employees were very nice and helpful when ever we asked for assistance. In all, our stay was beautiful and all of us would like to visit again. Thanks Spring Brook Resort Center.

The layout was fantastic. Movie room better than we expected. Each bedroom had king beds and plenty of room Had 19 people in there from Friday afternoon until Sunday morning and we were not cramped for room at all 3 of the bedrooms had their own bathroom. Exceeded our expectations
