"The Chula is starting to get run down. Could definitely use some upgrades. The beds do not come with fitted sheets, this concept does not work at all. The sheets slip off the bed and then you are sleeping directly on the mattress, that’s yucky. The towels are aged, the water park towels are not nice.the view of the River was spectacular. Working with the property manager was perfect. Very helpful.The price point was good. Furniture needs to be upgraded ASAP., with more comfort add a few chairs."

"We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean, had plenty of games for the kids, and was spacious for everyone. The ownership was very welcoming and provided detailed information on check-in and check-out procedures. We were very pleased with our stay."

"Overall, this property was great for my family! There was 12 of us, and it was pretty spacious. We had a couple of concerns when we arrived. However, the host Chris was very great with communicating and resolving concerns in a timely manner. Would stay again next time we visit the Dells! "

"The room was spacious, clean, and the fridge is massive. Check-in and communication was excellent. The only drawback was that due to staying on the ground floor, we could hear loud steps and furniture being moved around by the guests in the room above us, who went to bed very late. This is not really an issue with the motel, but just a heads up that if you’re sensitive to noise, try getting a second-level room as the ceiling and walls are not very insulated against noise."

"My sister and I stayed as a weekend getaway. Room was decorated super awesome! Loved it. Bathroom was a bit dark. Hard for women to get ready in there. Overall great experience."
