Under this motto, the house was renovated in 2018 completely and high quality.

A living room, a kitchen with a large dining area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a reading area invite you to relax and enjoy.

A highlight for the wellness experience is the spacious bathroom on the ground floor, an infrared cabin for 3 people.

WLAN, high chair and travel cot are of course available.
In the basement a safe is firmly anchored.

The house stands on a large plot, although located in the middle of the village of Winterlingen, guarantee the location at the end of a dead end and the footpath "Anna-Bärbele-Winkele" to the whistling of the birds the absolute peace.

The large garden with mature trees, a shaded terrace a barbecue area and a large double swing and a sandpit are available for their sole use.
Sun loungers are available.

In front of the house on the property are 2 parking spaces available. Bring your own bikes safely stored in a basement room.

Bakeries, butchers, pharmacy, medical center, restaurants, public adventure playground, library, indoor pool and natural swimming pool are within walking distance.

Winterlingen itself, located in the center of the Swabian Alb at an altitude of 784 meters, is located in the middle of an activity holiday center. Germany Premium Traufwanderwege, hiking trails Upper Danube Valley and a huge signposted mountain bike retreat are either just minutes away by car or start right at the front door.

The neighboring states of Austria / Switzerland and France, the Lake Constance region (Swabian Sea) and the cities of Ulm (Ulmer Münster), Metzingen Mega Outlet City (Hugo Boss) Reutlingen and Stuttgart as the state capital of Baden-Württemberg can be reached in just over an hour.

In agreement there is the possibility Zweispännig (cold blooded animals) in the summer with a carriage, in winter with the sledge to explore the surroundings.

At the site itself is a large archery range (distance up to 90) meters. Archery athletes may use it in consultation, for those who are interested, a taster course is offered by the host family.

In winter, the snowshoe tours start right at the house, a ski lift and a groomed cross-country ski run is located on site.

The adventure pool bad-kap (slides, whitewater canal, wave pool and a top sauna area) is 11 km away.

We, a family of 4, had a very nice stat in the House in Winterlingen.
The House is located on a very calm street, close to shopping. We had Two nice weeks in this House, and Winterlingen it self is a short drive from so many interresting places to visit.

Schönes geräumiges Ferienhaus. Das Haus war sauber und wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes (2 Wochen) extra gereinigt. Tolle Klasse! Alles was wir brauchten war da. Es gab sogar einen Keller mit einem schönen Dartraum. Dies wurde in der Anzeige nicht angegeben. In der Gegend gibt es viel zu unternehmen. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

Fijn huis van alle gemakken voorzien
Wij hebben een fijne tijd gehad in Haus Walnuss. Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt (in ieder geval voor onze vakantie in de zomer): ruime slaapkamers en badkamer, keuken met alles dat je nodig hebt en een grote, groene tuin. Het huis was netjes en schoon en het was fijn dat er een wasmachine was. Er zitten meerdere bakkers in de buurt en het dorp heeft ook een paar supermarkten. Het naturfreibad was ook erg leuk. Verder is er voldoende te doen in de omgeving, zoals kasteel Sigmaringen en Kletterpark Waldheim. Winterlingen zelf is een rustig stadje. Wat wel goed is om te weten is dat er een kerk in het dorp is die naast elk uur ook elk kwartier slaat, ook ‘s nachts. En om 6 uur in de ochtend gaan de klokken beieren, elke dag. Oordoppen zijn dus wel aan te raden.

Heerlijk vakantiehuis in Zuid Duitsland
Comfortabel en compleet vakantiehuis met mooie tuin aan de rand van het dorp Winterlingen met goede winkels en een fraai zwembad. Veel mooie wandelroutes in de omgeving.

wunderschönes Haus in einem Örtchen mitten auf der schwäbischen Alb. Der Garten ist riesig, sodass wir zu jeder Tageszeit draußen essen konnten. Die Innenausstattung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und es gibt alles was man braucht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Sauberkeit ist Top!

Außerordentlich gut ausgestattete und sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Die Kaffepadmaschine haben wir in der Beschreibung nicht gefunden - da hätten wir uns noch besser drauf vorbereiten können. Da Pads aber auch da waren alles kein Problem. Gerne wieder!

Ein schönes Häuschen mit viel Liebe zum Detail
Wir waren als Familie (5 Erwachsene und 1 Kleinkind) zwischen den Jahren zu Gast in dem Haus. Es war alles sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Man hat alles gehabt, was man braucht. Alles prima in Winterlingen !!!
Das Haus bietet alles was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht. Die Beschreibungen im Inserat sind passend zum aktuellen Zustand. Wer hier etwas zu kritisieren findet, jammert auf sehr hohem Niveau. Es gibt reichlich Informationen zu den zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht, die zwei Bäder sind sehr praktisch, der ruhige Garten lädt zum grillen und zum chillen ein und zu Fuß ist man in 5 min. beim Bäcker, Metzger ... Die Kommunikation (incl. prima Ausflugtip) mit Hr. Schwab war einwandfrei. Ein weiteres highlight war unser Schnupperkurs im Bogenschießen beim Schützenverein. Wir waren mit 4 Personen im Osterurlaub und haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Grüße aus Ludwigshafen u. Mannheim.

Haus Walnuss is great house for families
We stayed here for a short trip with our family. The house is setup easily for a larger family. We had ourselves and our two adult sized children with us. There are two bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom and another bedroom and bathroom on the main floor. It was a great setup for our family so the kids could have lots of space. The kitchen is also really nicely equipped for cooking. We had everything we needed to prepare meals. The house is closely located to a grocery store and other local shopping. The owners checked in on us during the visit because the weather changed pretty quickly and they wanted us to make sure we understood how to use the heaters. I wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the beautiful outdoor space along with the indoor space. Overall, this was a great trip and I would rent the house again.
