"We loved the location, and it's was fun to visit with the animals. Wish we were able to sample some of the chicken eggs. There is a bit of deferred maintenance, some water damage in the kitchen. Would also have been great if there was a hair dryer available, especially as the weather gets colder. All in all a fun stay at a farm with a great location."

"We gathered for Thanksgiving and the house was perfect. Comfortable beds and bedding and a huge space to all be together. The fire pit and yard games were so much fun. We walked around the beautiful property and went into Charlottesville for the day. Great location would highly recommend. "

"The house and property were beautiful. My husband got to fish a few times in the river. We walked on the property a lot. Communication was great with Glen. He was very quick to respond to problems. There were some hornets outside the house and coming into the house, but it was taken care of right away. Also, due to the cold They weren't a problem The second and third day while we stayed. "I can’t say enough about how perfect our stay was! The owners were extremely communicative and helpful. The house was on a stunning secluded piece of land outside Charlottesville and offered incredible views. The house was very well appointed and they certainly thought of everything. We would absolutely be back again. "

"We really enjoyed our stay Host Scott was very informative and has very clear information. The house is very family friendly. We loved being able to use the fireplace. "The guy who ran the breakfast bar was friendly, cheerful, and did an excellent job. We’ve never had a hotel breakfast that was so well done. You could tell he put a lot of work and effort into the breakfast. We stayed at another Wyndham on our trip because of our stay at this hotel. The woman at the desk was also great and the room was clean and the whole property was tidy and well kept"
