"This place was described as quirky in the listing and it was! But more charming than quirky. We loved it and our stay there. It’s very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen has all you need for a long stay. It’s also conveniently located in the village of Fordingbridge and close to many sites whether you travel north, south, east or west. The host could not be more friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it to anyone for a long or short stay."

"Beautiful thatched cottage, large enough to accommodate 4 generations over the Christmas period. Great communication with the property manager, always very responsive and willing to call round and answer any questions. Easy access to the hot tub was especially appreciated. Location of the property is excellent to access activities without a long drive. We stayed 11 days and didn't run out of things to do and places to visit. "Loved the family room as it has separate bedrooms rather than all squashed into one space. The restaurant served excellent evening food and the breakfast was continually topped up. The kids room was far too young for our 8 year old but excellent for younger children and loved the milk and cookie bedtime treat voucher! Being able to swim as a family was a huge highlight and my daughter is desperate to return! Staff were very friendly and helpful. "
