Great value in Winter Park! Backs to Forest, New King and Queen sized beds. Beautiful and highly rated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is only a six minute walk to the top breweries/restaurants/shops in Winter Park. This remodeled second floor end unit has lots of natural light and a back deck with a grill that overlooks the forest.
The condo is right next to the clubhouse, which has 3 hot tubs, sauna, heated indoor pool, laundry facilities, free movies to check out, lounge area, meeting area, and a deck with a grill.

POOL: The pool and hot tubs are open.

Contactless Entry: You will be sent a private code to enter the condo. Owners are available for any inquiries.

Rooms: Blackout blinds in all bedrooms.
Master bedroom has a new king bed with a new High Def LG Smart Flat Screen TV, ample closet space, and a master bathroom with 2 sinks.
Second Bedroom has a new queen bed with a twin-sized bunk above. Flat screen TV, ample closet space and a private bathroom.
The living room has a memory foam full sized pull out mattress sofa sleeper. Blackout blinds and wood window shutters in living room.

Living Room/Dining Room:
Sofa Sleeper, Recliner, Storage Ottoman, Hi Def Smart TV, Gas Fireplace, Dining table that comfortably seats 6 people.

Kitchen:
Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Ninja Blender, Toaster, Coffee Pot, Coffee Frother, Crock Pot, Pots and Pans, Dishes, Can Opener, Silverware, Knives, Spices, Lots of countertop and cabinet space.

Extras: Private front and back deck.
All rooms have blackout blinds, box fans, and humidifiers.
Ski locker on the back deck.
Weber Gas Grill on the deck for year round grilling.
Free ski shuttle to Winter Park Resort just outside the door which is a 10 minute bus ride to the slopes.

NO PETS ALLOWED: Guests are not allowed to bring pets. These rules are strictly enforced . Guests will lose their deposit and can be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet on the property.

NO SMOKING in public areas of the property. No smoking allowed on front or back balcony. No vaping in the property.

Cleaning: The condo is cleaned thoroughly and disinfected after each guest departs. WP STR #021034.

The property was very clean, and in a great location right between downtown WP and the ski slopes. The hosts were very easy to communicate with, and always accessible. Highly recommend this property!

Great little skiing getaway spot
Awesome condo with everything you need. Thoughtful amenities that made for a great weekend ski getaway. Ski locker on the deck, plenty of hooks to hang ski jackets, base layers and other miscellaneous. A great pool and hot tubs after a great day on the mountain, just a bus ride away. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect cozy place
Check in was a breeze and communicating with our host was painless! The condo was stocked with essentials, clean and near everything we wanted. Parking was always available and everyone staying around us was friendly too! I highly recommend this place and will be returning for our next trip!

The location and set up of the property is perfect. Kitchen is well equipped with anything you would need, comfortable living room and beds. The owners were incredibly nice and helpful. Loved this condo! We made a last minute decision to make the trip to Winter Park and can’t believe we got so lucky with this property. It was very clean and comfortable. The location was great and our kids loved the bunk beds.

Great ski vacation in Winter Park
This condo was perfect for our family ski vacation in Winter Park. Great location for getting to the slopes. The kitchen was well stocked for making breakfasts and dinners. Enjoyed the hot tubes in the evening after skiing (hot tubes are a short walk across the parking lot). The owner was great also. Checked in with us and provided information on road conditions. Highly recommend this property!

Relaxing stay close to everything
Staying here was easy and relaxing. Dawn and Jeff sent over all the details in advance which was very nice. Our group of 4 adults felt the condo was comfortable and has everything one could need, even clever additions like a crockpot. The Lift shuttle picks riders at the base of property hourly throughout the day, download the Lift rider app for more information. Overall, this is a great place for group of 4-6 people to have a fun time around Winter Park.

Family Trip to Winter Park
I cannot say enough good about this cozy condo! It was extremely clean, had lots of wonderful details, kitchen was stocked extremely well, nice fireplace, gas grill to cook on, peaceful view of the snow & trees in the back! Overall it was perfect for us! The owner checked in on us & was quick to respond when ever I had a question. Would love to stay here again!

Absolutely Awesome Place & Host
Dawn was hands down the best host I've ever booked thru. She was immediately responsive and sent the most comprehensive and simple to understand information throughout. The condo was immaculate upon arrival, and accommodated all our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed being able to slide the balcony door open and enjoy the cool, crisp mountain air as well as a view of the forest. Brief Mountain Getaway
Decided on short notice to getaway to WP for a couple nights with my teenage kids. Making the reservation was smooth and the property was as described. The place had everything we needed and then some. The free bus system is set up to to service the complex, which is nice, but make sure to check the schedule for your days in town as it varies greatly. The owners were great communicators and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. We will be back for sure.

Family first ski trip
We had zero expectations for skiing but the booking of our condo was super important. We needed a home away from home for a week and this condo was perfect, cozy, and clean. Location was ideal. After long days of skiing it was a great place to relax amenities were great including a clubhouse with indoor pool, sauna and hot tubs and we very much enjoyed them and was a great recovery! Dawn kept in contact and was available anytime we needed anything. Community was great as she checked in on us to ensure we had everything. We will book again!

I would 100% recommend this condo for a family of 4-5
Everything about renting this cabin was great! Dawn & Jeff were amazing in assisting me with so many things I was wanting to accomplish from getting a photographer to take family pictures, coupons to go tubing, all kinds of ideas & things to do with our 2 boys & mostly just being great renters who truly want you to have the best vacation possible!
