NOTE THAT THE HOT TUBS AND AMENITY DECKS AT FOUNDERS POINTE & FRASER CROSSING ARE CLOSED as new hot tubs are being installed. Latest update from the HOA is they anticipate opening February 3rd, 2025.

Inside this beautiful condo, you will find accommodations for five. There is a king bed in the primary bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the family room (sleeps 2) and an ottoman that folds out to be a twin bed. The condo has cable TV both in the living room and bedroom. Finish the day in front of the gas fireplace or enjoying the views from your private balcony. Enjoy cooking in a full-size kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops. This unit is located on the far end of the hallway which should make it quieter as there’s less foot traffic than units closer to the elevator.

8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Founders Pointe offers a large outdoor hot tub with fantastic views and BBQ's are located on the amenity deck in the center of the horseshoe-shaped building. Guests also have the opportunity to purchase a parking spot in the attached heated parking garage

Winter Park Resort base village includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 4.1 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 5.6 miles away at Fraser the town of Fraser.

NO SMOKING or PETS allowed.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

For our fellow mountain bike lovers: we are very sorry, but management does not allow bicycles stored inside condos or on balconies. To prevent mud and chain oil damage to our carpets, as well as handle bar scratches on the walls; we must kindly ask you to not store bikes inside the condo. We are working with the HOA of all our properties to figure out bike storage in the long term as our mountain sports grow in popularity. Thank you for your understanding.

We stayed in the summer, so it was pretty quiet. It was nice to have a full kitchen and feel like we were at home between our hiking excursions. The property was remodeling the hot tub and deck area, but we knew that with this being the off-peak season. Looking forward to returning again in the future for some mountain biking!

We love Winter Park
We come to WP every year. Started staying at the base over 10 years ago, with growing family, zephyr was seeming cramped, but fear loosing the convenience of staying slope side. Founder’s Point was perfect. Larger units and still close enough to the base to enjoy those benefits. We will be back!!

Nice location in village, but needs some TLC
The 3 of us had a nice stay here overall mostly due to proximity to ski hill and village with restaurants and shops, plus the huge outdoor hottub was awesome! However, important to know a couple things: this is not what we think of a true ski in/ski out. It was about a 7-8 minute walk with our boots on carrying skis to get to the gondola. Still close, but not what we expected. It was difficult to come and go with our rental car without being forced to wait through the extremely long car lines of skiers coming to park. We couldn't just go the other way to exit. This was frustrating, and something to be aware of. Last, more minor point was some loose lamps, lot of cords, and a loose leg on one of the 4 dining room chairs. I did report them to mgmt who stated they were glad to know and would be getting them fixed (so, very responsive in that manner). Hopefully they get fixed before next guest. Was really nice that a person always answered when we called for questions or help! Thank you!

Great ski week!
A great unit to stay in. Just the right size for our family of five. Unit had all we needed. I would suggest more towels. Between showering and the hot tub usage, which I definitely recommend, towels were at a premium. Very convenient to the slopes and the village. Communication with the manager was great. They answered immediately and questions resolved. I would stay here again.

Great location and hot tub
This is so close to the Village and gondola. Super easy walk. 3rd deck hot tub area is very nice and relaxing after a day skiing. Condo is simple, clean, and working well. Very comfortable. Wouldn’t take more than 3 people. Maybe 4 if small kids. Kitchen isn’t stocked great, only a few glasses, etc. Not a big deal for small parties. Garage is a little funky. It’s well located and easy condo access, but it wouldn’t accept my QR code that I bought well ahead of time. So I just followed someone in, and then it won’t let you out if it didn’t scan you in, FYI.

This place was perfect for what we needed- somewhere to sleep so we could go skiing. It's small, but pricing was correct. It's located a short walk from the gondola, not too far to carry your skis. Underground parking is nice; note that it costs extra. Communication was good, and I didn't have any problems with the property. Overall it was exactly what we were looking for.

We’ve stayed at a lot of properties in WP, usually in homes in the Lakota area. This was the first time we’ve stayed in the ski village @ WP. Pros are the convenient location, good parking, and functional space. Cons are that compared to other homes we’ve rented in WP, this one was pretty run down. Furniture is very worn, light fixtures are wonky (loose bases / shades), and no smart TVs so you can’t access Netflix or other streaming providers. We were looking forward to a night in watching a good movie, but would have had to watch on a laptop, which wasn’t ideal. Also had to clean the pots and pans before using because they all had dried food on them. Not their fault, but the hot tub was taken out of service during our stay. The listing advertises that it sleeps up to five, which is accurate, but it would be extremely tight quarters for five people. I’d consider staying @ Founder’s Place again, but I would try to find a different / better unit the next time.

Really nice unit, well located in the complex, nice view, ski in/ski out is really easy off corridor run. Updated tv and electronics, nice appliances and well stocked kitchen. The only drawback is the couch is the absolute most uncomfortable couch I have ever sat on

Disregard any negative comments or ratings below, this unit is great. Comfortable Master bed, and comfortable enough pull out couch. Well stocked for cooking. Just across the street from the lifts and market. For the price, We will absolutely try to get this unit again. And the management company went above and beyond to assist us when we had to extend our stay because of weather.

I would've given this property 5 stars if not for the beds. The king bed in the bedroom was adequate but the pull-out sofa mattress had a visible low spot in the middle and was old and uncomfortable. The other fold-out bed was old, small, and not fit for anyone over 10 years old. Otherwise, the space was as described in the listing. Great kitchen and bathroom! Prime location, right across from the walkway to the mountain base!! Great communications with the management company.

The property is easy to get to via shuttle service from Denver airport. The master bedroom bed is on the extreme firm side (just an FYI). When you walk out of the apartment you have 215 yards to walk to the ski lift. The hot tubs were super fun and all three had different temperatures. The Village area had lots of fun restaurants and a really cool candy store. There is a small grocery store that has most essentials. We had a great time and hope you do too.
