Ski-in/ski-out condo Ground Floor! Easy Access to Resort & shared hot tub

Additionally, at times there will be construction noise, possible Mondays-Saturdays (allowed work hours 7 am to 7 pm), when work is occurring on the amenity decks. Many days there is no work taking place on the deck and so no noise, but there may be noise depending on specific days. Please be aware of this possibility when considering this unit.

Great condo in amazing & close proximity to the ski resort. Sleeps up to 8 guests. Located in Fraser Crossing, a luxury condominium complex with abundant amenities. Experience the roof deck's oversized hot tub, gas grills, and outdoor fireplace. Perfect for an enjoyable stay

This unit's impressive contemporary design features granite counter tops in kitchens and baths, grand soaking tub, stainless steel appliances, LG LCD TV's, cozy gas fireplace, private patio, and in unit free washer and dryer. To allow you maximum flexibility and comfort during your stay this unit offers sleeping arrangements for up to 8 guests, with a primary bedroom (King bed) and a 2nd bedroom (Queen with twin bunk bed) and a sofa sleeper in the family room. For the little ones, the owner have left a pack 'n play in the bedroom closet.

Just FYI unit does not have a ski locker but there is a closet as soon as you enter the unit that you can use for your skiing equipment.

NO SMOKING or PETS allowed.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

LOCATION!LOCATION! LOCATION! Winter Park Resort base village includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 4.1 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 5.5 miles away at the Town of Fraser.

Parking fee during ski-season $21/ per vehicle per day).

For our fellow mountain bike lovers: we are very sorry, but management does not allow bicycles stored inside condos or on balconies. To prevent mud and chain oil damage to our carpets, as well as handle bar scratches on the walls; we must kindly ask you to not store bikes inside the condo. We are working with the HOA of all our properties to figure out bike storage in the long term as our mountain sports grow in popularity. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note if you are arriving by train, there is no facility on-site for luggage storage.

Could not get better location to ski, easy to walk right to lifts! Very nice condo, great communication from propert management when needed. Very easy check in process. Beds could be more comfortable but would stay again.

Great place for skiing with family.

We enjoyed being on the ground floor allowing us to avoid elevators. Well stocked and comfortable. The resort wagons made getting to the lifts with ski gear super easy.

Perfect getaway!

We absolutely loved staying here with our 3 kids. It was the perfect place to enjoy snow and the mountains. The condo was cozy and convenient and the right size for us, with easy access to everything. The beds were comfy and it was stocked with almost everything we needed. Only suggestion would be to have some type of vacuum available since kids are a bit messy :)

Comfortable and clean

Our stay was great and very relaxing. The unit was well appointed and well furnished. Pictures in description were a little over exposed, resulting in brighter images than reality, but was not a deal breaker. Location to garage was very convenient. Bunk bed/bedroom was a major hit with the kids!

This place was perfect for us. Very close to the village, easy to find, parking was perfect! The only issue we had was the pull out bed wasn't exactly comfortable. Other than that it was great! Also, management was very easy to get in touch with! Thank you!!

Great experience! Great location!

We loved everything about our stay! So convinient if you have little ones in ski school. We loved being able to walk around village from room. Room was clean and well stocked. Jeff was super helpful with questions and super quick to reply to emails. Highly recommend renting from Jeff and Annette! Look forward to staying again next year.
