Great care and time was spent curating and decorating the condo. It was a lot of fun! The condo's mascot, Custer the buffalo, isn't shy and enjoyed taking you on a tour of our delightful, numerous amenities as seen in the photos. He'd love to be in your online trip photos too!

Germ Guardian Air purifier for your use and Ultra Violet Light (UV) used prior to every guest's arrival On ski in/ski out ACCESS LEVEL! 2nd condo from elevators to free indoor heated parking, game room, computer room, indoor/outdoor heated pool, brand new hot tubs, new fitness center, etc. Located on Ski Slope side of building, so, NO NOISE from hot tub partying.

CLEANLINESS is a top priority and is personally handled by myself, a local owner who spends 4 hours after each renter, leaving no surface untouched and unsanitized. Cleaning companies typically spend a mere 30 minutes between renters. A GermGuardian air purifier and Ultraviolet Light Sanitizer is provided in the unit for your use during your stay.

If you have children, or are just young at heart, you are going to love our INDIAN THEMED condo. Many do not know that Winter Park Resort was built on land that previously belonged to Native Americans! Here you will enjoy hand tooled leather pillows, genuine Native American dream catcher, authentic Indian Papoose, Tale of the painted Pony lamp, antler chandelier, canoe chandelier, signed Indian artwork, copper farmhouse sink, granite kitchen counter, GE Slate Gray appliances, gorgeous new custom bath vanity with glass vessel sink, and of course Custer, etc. Sleeps up to 4 in a Queeb bed and a sofa bed.

After a long day on the slopes or hiking enjoy a soak in the hot tubs or take the kids to the gameroom or for a swim in our indoor/outdoor pool; or, work out in the gym. I am personally available 24/7 to attend to your needs or questions.

Easy to cook full course meals in our fully stocked kitchen or give the cook a break, choose any one of countless area restaurants and take the family out from pizza to gourmet. And, while you can't ski to dinner since the slopes close at 4pm, the free shuttle to take you to town or the Village stops right at the our onsight ski shop's front door every 15 minutes or you can even walk to the Village!

Great Rental at Winter Park
This rental unit was perfect for our needs. It was convenient to resort, very clean and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and linens were great quality. The humidifier that was provided really made a difference and was much better than others in our past rentals. The owners level of detail in what she provided as well as her directions and information prior to our stay was truly exceptional.

This property was amazing! Great location and so nicely decorated. Denise was so kind and easy to work with and helped us navigate the ease of our stay with where to shop, etc. The ski in/out was top notch! We could not have chosen a better place to stay!

Excellent location and access to Corridor run, heated pool, hot tubs, game rooms. Interesting apartment design, comfy bed, nice addition of humidifier. Drawbacks include 12 digit codes to open each outside door. 7 digit for the apartment door. Owner gets annoyed easily.

The unit is a studio with enough room for 2 adults and their belongings. The unit is on the same floor as the bridge to the Corridor, which takes you to the Zephyr Express. There is a ski rental shop in the bottom of the adjoining building. The pool, hot tub, and fitness center are well-appointed. Parking in the garage is easy. Our only complaint was a hedging accusation that we smoked pot in the garage when we showed up. Otherwise, this was a perfect rental in a perfect building for anyone more interested in easy access to the mountain than partaking in the offerings at the village (a short walk down the road).

As advertised. Great location and truly ski-in and ski-out. Cozy unit with nice building amenities. Worth noting: if you have an SUV with a roof top box, you will not be able to park in the garage, but there is parking right outside the garage and it is still convenient unless there is bad weather.

Great 5th Floor Iron Horse Studio!
Ski in/out with no elevator involved as slope access is on the 5th floor. Vaulted ceiling provides more spacious feeling than most studios with convenient appointments throughout. Furniture layout is perfect and so much better than many Iron Horse studios. Great all around unit with very responsive owner/manager.

Amazing condo
My wife and I stayed 3 nights during the slow time prior to thanksgiving. The condo was amazing, close to the resort/ski area. Short car ride into town, to other restaurants and shopping. We didn’t ski but you could ski in/out of the condo building. Hot tubs and pool were the best, especially in the snow. Condo is stocked with all the essential supplies, just bring food, grocery store is maybe 10 minutes away. The bed was very comfortable and furniture comfortable. We loved the balcony and the view! Book this. You will not regret it. The owner was experienced and responsive to text messages or phone calls. The entire building was kept immaculately clean. We will be back!

Beautiful, fully equipped condo...
The listing was accurate and the condo was clean, warm, quiet, and a great ski-in/ski-out location. In all our numerous stays at Iron Horse, we have never had a condo that was so beautifully decorated. It is so inviting and makes you feel pampered. Could not have asked for better service from the owner. This is definitely a property that others would enjoy as well. Ease of access to the Winter Park Resort and bus service to WP makes it great for non-skiers as well.

Ski in/ ski out! All what you need here is just a quick walk through a covered bridge to go right on slope….. place is a little tiny, but had everything we need it! Host, Denise is very helpful , not only with all the tips she had in sleeve but with her friendly approach to solve my problem. ( originally we booked with someone else, but that person cancel in last minute, Denise helped me tremendously to get in her place) For that I’m very grateful.

Perfect location to Winter Park
Loved the location and proximity to Winter Park. Really short walk to town and to lifts etc. Loved the restaurants in town but I would recommend you have a rental car as most places close at 6 pm. Ubers are nonexistent. You can take the bus as well. Denise was a great host, incredibly attentive and responsive. One word of advice; rent your skis at the Iron Horse Skibroker. It’s right in the resort and then you can ski to and from the resort and I believe they have valet there to. We rented downtown which wasn’t a big deal and we enjoyed the walk. We will definitely be back. Best skiing we’ve had and I’ve been all over!

We moved out after the first night.Room is not for 2-4 people as advertised.Sofa bed was terrible. The TV and DVD didn't work,even after a long phone call with owner.Dogs barking into evening.You did not advertise this was a pet friendly building.

Location, Location, Location
As many have noted, Denise is a gem. She went out of her way to make sure my stay was a good one. She's very responsive to questions. She keeps her condo very clean. She's a gem. The condo is perfectly situated and is truly a ski out / ski in location. On her floor, the fifth floor, you simply walk down the hall where there is a ski locker room. Grab your skis walk right out the door next to it and you're on the Corridor Trail. Ski down the corridor trail to the Gondola. On the way back, take the Mary Jane trail to the Corridor Trail and you ski right back to the building. From walking about the condo door to the Gondola is 5 minutes. If there are one or two of you, can't go wrong. You could pack three into the unit, if allowed, but it would be tight. Parking was very convenient. The building as underground parking with several elevators. There are carts in the garage to help take up luggage, skis, groceries, etc. All in all, I would stay here again and I actually am--I've made plans to stay here again in a few weeks.
