This stunning and spacious 4 bedroom/5 bathroom townhouse is located in the heart of downtown Winter Park and is the best location in Red Quill Village. End unit with views through the trees and a quiet location. Gourmet kitchen with granite and a fireplace to create a cozy environment. Beautiful hardwood throughout the main living space and kitchen. Guest pantry stocked with coffee, tea, seasonings, cooking oil, and hospitality items. Be our guest!

Sleeping arrangements: King in the master room, Queen in the second room with private bath, King bed in the third bedroom with access to full bath across the hall. The bunkhouse has a living space with 4 double bunkbeds with a full bath. Sleeps up to 12.

Minutes from world class skiing in Winter Park/Mary Jane Resort. Free shuttle bus access is a few steps from the townhouse.

Restaurants, shops, groceries, music festivals, events, and the Fraser river are a few minutes walk from the townhouse.

Enjoy two patios. One on the front where you can enjoy the views and watch for wildlife. One on the back with access to a private hot tub.

Very kid friendly for children over two years old.

Oversize one car attached garage and parking in the driveway.

Enjoy all the winter activities, skiing, snowmobiling, and tubing in Fraser. Summer/Fall enjoy hiking, biking, fishing, music festivals, scenic drives, wildlife viewing at your leisure, and enjoy coming back to a wonderful, comfortable stay in the townhouse.

Great Place in Winter Park
The place was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with all cooking items you need. The hot tub was great for relaxing and helping our sore muscles after a full day of skiing.

Annual National Park Trip
We had a fantastic time at the house! It was beautiful and the location was perfect for travelling to Rocky Mountain National Park as well as Winter Park attractions. The house was equipped with everything you could need and we had several family meals for our entire group at the house. Would definitely rent again!!

Beautiful location and property
A wonderful place to stay! Hostess was wonderful and accommodating, even when a few things needed to be addressed. It’s about a five minute drive to the slopes and walkable to restaurants. And the house is gorgeous!

Great place for ski vacation
The condo was exceptionally well equipped and the location was convenient to restaurants, bars and shops in Winter Park. It was also convenient to the bus stop, which allowed our group to ski on their own schedule. The really only negative is the amount of steps. If mobility or health are an issue, this is not a good selection; otherwise, I would highly recommend it if you are planning a vacation to Winter Park.

Great location and has all your needs
We had a large group of friends for a ski trip. This house was convenient with a 2 minutes walk to the lift bus stop, grocery store, liquor store, and more! They also had a well stocked kitchen with spices, Tupperware, crockpots, etc. Dawn was easy to work with and even provided a mixer when I asked! Overall, great location and kitchen! We would stay here again.

5 stars don't do justice. The house is perfect. Clean and cozy. Everything in the house from pots to lines are top of the line. They really thought of everything someone could need. Dawn is amazing and very responsive. My family and I had the best time.

A great weekend with family
We loved the property. It had private spaces for everyone and spaces to be together. The kitchen was one of the best supplied I have ever seen. Every appliance and tool was there to use. Everything was in good working order. Our only complaint was a lack of towels, bath and kitchen. Everyone gave it a thumbs up. The location was convenient.

Nice Change of Scenery During Pandemic
My husband and I, along with two adult children and their significant others stayed for just 5 nights. The house was exceptionally clean and well stocked for guest, including all the necessary cleaning supplies, hand sanitizers, etc. that are useful during the COVID pandemic. The owner was extremely helpful and very quick to respond to any questions we had. The house is exactly as pictured and in a great location for all the activities that Winter Park has to offer.

Family Ski Trip
We brought our adult children and their spouses for a week long get-away to the mountains. Some are skiers and some took lessons for the first time. Townhome is nicely decorated, stocked well, and clean. It has a ton of stairs which became an issue just for me since I broke my legs in 4 places the first day of skiing. But it was a very comfortable place to rest while waiting on my surgery date.

Fabulous Townhome!
This vacation rental is one of the best our family has had the pleasure of renting! We had 8 people staying here, and it was very spacious and comfortable for our ski trip to Winter Park. It’s very convenient to the resort as well as shops and restaurants. All rooms are exactly as the pictures show, but what they don’t show is how well stocked the kitchen and bathrooms are for guests. There are plenty of cookware, spices, and toiletries for guests to use (which are always an issue at other rentals). The owners included very clear instructions for check in and checkout, and they were very responsive to our inquiries. We would highly recommend this townhome to any renters and would absolutely stay there again on future trips to Winter Park! 😊

Great Stay at Red Quill Village
Our family of 7 (grandparents, parents, 2 teens, 1 10 year old) greatly enjoyed our stay at Dawn's Red Quill Village townhouse. The house had a great location and within walking distance of restaurants. The home was immaculate, well furnished and the kitchen was fully stocked. We used the outdoor grill on two occasions and this was a nice addition. The photos accurately portray both the exterior and interior of the home. Dawn was the perfect host. We had a few minor issues and she was prompt in addressing the matters. If you have mobility issues, the home does have many steps. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this home.

Beautiful home in the heart of Winter Park
Wow! This place is absolutely amazing! We stayed here over the weekend and with 7 adults and two kiddos, the place was spacious and felt like home away from home. The location can’t be beat! With several trails steps from the front door, we enjoyed walking along the river and exploring the hills. And even better, the restaurants, shops, coffee shops, and even the amphitheater are a short walk along the main road. The place itself is huge! Sleeping arrangements were a piece of cake. With three couples sleeping in the rooms upstairs, it was so great that each room had its own bathroom—two had them in their rooms and one in the hall for the third bathroom. Even better, the bunkbed room in the basement also had it’s own bathroom as well! We couldn’t believe how much space there was! My favorite part was the amazing kitchen. It had all the essentials we needed to cook a few meals and plenty of seating—which was great for gathering in the mornings to eat breakfast and enjoy coffee. We’ll definitely be back in the future and looking forward to ski season!

Good House With Few Issues, Bad Owner / Manager
The home was in a great location and seemed to be everything that was described but did have a few issues. The house was conveniently located close to the ski resort and several restaurants. The kitchen was adequately stocked for cooking and the home was easy to find. The issues we had: The master bed swayed from side to side whenever anyone moved as if it were going to fall apart. The hot water stopped working on two occasions and we had to reset the fuse outside due to being tied into hot tub. Owner / Manager: Upon departure, our group performed the check out procedures and checked out. Within an hour of leaving the home, Dawn messaged me stating that we left the home a total mess and luckily had our deposit. I explained to her that we followed the check out protocol in the rental book and to please send me any photos for reference. I did not receive any pictures or response. I recommend anyone take pictures before and after stay!!!

Well-equipped Condo in great location
The condo was great. It was in excellent condition with every detail covered. It had everything you would have in your own home from napkins to scissors to laundry soap to hot tub towels. The unit looks just like the pictures. We were there over Christmas. The owner had enough Christmas decorations to feel festive without overwhelming the space. We drove an extended GMC Yukon which fit easily in the garage. The keyless entry made condo access easy. The location was ideal. We walked to dinner most nights. The shuttle stop was very close. We rented skies from Breeze at the owner's suggestion, also close by and easy to deal with. The living room television had Netflix and Amazon access (with your own password) as well as cable/satellite. Each bedroom also had a TV. It snowed while we were there and the snow plows were there quickly. It was never impassable. There was great garage storage for skis and ski boots. The entryway had plenty of hooks for coats and snow pants plus space for shoes as well as a bench to sit and put your shoes on. My family was very impressed with the unit. It is very upscale and spacious.
