Fantastic front corner 2BD/2BA Condo At Base Of Winter Park

NEW LUXURY HOT TUBS are on track to be operational by December 25th!. The tubs are onsite as of mid October, welded together and now equipment is being hooked up and tiling installed. The new hot tubs will have led lighting, water features, and lots of new amenity deck features (fire pits, new seating areas, new grilling area, etc).

House Rules - Please be sure to read our house rules describing rental agreement, smoking, pet, party and other rules. Upon booking you will be sent a lease agreement which must be signed/returned within 24 hours. Access to the condo will not be given without a signed agreement. $200 security deposit hold will be collected prior to your arrival.

This is it! An amazing Winter Park condo located a few hundred feet from the gondola lift line at the base of Winter Park, with amazing mountain and slope views from the large balcony, master bedroom and every other window. Corner unit with amazing feel/lighting!

We've outfitted the condo with many great features
- Blackout blinds on all windows in master bedroom
- 65" Samsung LED TV + soundbar in living room, 49" and 55" TCL Roku enabled TVs in bedrooms.
- New (2023) LG microwave, Samsung Induction stove and Bosch dishwasher
- DVR cable box (Comcast X1 Infinity) allows you to record shows you might otherwise miss
- both bedrooms have king sized mattresses, and sleeper sofa is king-sized (and extremely comfortable)
- private wifi + wired ethernet options in all rooms
- wire shelving in kitchen pantry (you won't find this in most units)
- multi device charging stations for your electronics at each nightstand and in living room
- filtered water at kitchen sink, and a humidifier

If you're addicted to having reliable internet like we are, you may appreciate that we now professionally managed wifi in the condo. Our speed tests typically show 100+ download and 80+ upload speeds!

What's unique about this condo versus other 2-bedrooms? The first thing you'll notice is that it directly faces the mountain instead of the interior pool areas. When you're standing in the kitchen you have wonderful views through many different windows, and it seems as if you've been transported to the Swiss alps with the majestic Zephyr building flanked by ski runs and the beautiful mountains. There are only 4 other units that are similarly situated in the building.

Staying at this condo you'll be about 90 seconds away from Starbucks, and will have a short walk to the brand new gondola, chairlifts, restaurants/bars, and all the activities that Winter Park and the village has to offer. There are 8+ restaurants and many stores in the village where you can eat, drink and just enjoy the atmosphere.

Condo Setup: The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, wall mounted TV and large 5-drawer dresser plus closet. Master bathroom is attached, has separate tub and shower. The second bedroom has a king-sized mattress and a writing/computer desk with ergonomic chair, and 4-drawer dresser. . We also have a King sleeper sofa in the living room. The second bathroom has a full-sized tub with shower. There is a large covered deck with 4 chairs available for your use!

Kitchen: 4-burner inducation stove with full sized oven; full-sized refrigerator; large granite island countertop; full pots/pans/storage/utensils for making meals; large microwave; complete set of cutting boards, knives, bowls, and other typical kitchen essentials. Cuisinart 14-cup v-style filter coffee maker provided.

The condo is in beautiful condition with upgraded flooring and gets tons of natural light throughout the day. This is our home away from home and we would love to have it be yours too!

Parking is handled through a reservation system, during winter season has recently been $19 daily and $3 per trip charge for summer. The cost of parking is set by the building homeowners association.

When booking this unit you will be asked to sign our required Rental Agreement, which provides protections for you as guest and us as owners. We'll send it soon after your booking, and your signing is required within 24 hours of your booking time.

All cancellation refunds will be reduced by 3% to account for the credit card processing charge at time of booking.

We truly enjoyed our stay!! We reserved this location mainly for the view from the patio and it did not disappoint!!! Location to cute shops and restaurants was all within walking distance. They open early and close early fyi! We also came at end of summer… not peak times. Five minute drive to downtown Winterpark. The condo itself was perfect! Super comfy furniture and beds. The kitchen has top end appliances and cookware! We will always want to stay at this location! Couldn’t ask for a better place! Super clean too!

This well cared for property has everything you could want! The hosts have provided comfortable beds and pillows as well as comfy seating in the living room. They have thoughtfully provided a wealth of charging stations for electronics and everything you could need in the kitchen. The location cannot be beat! Park in the attached covered parking garage and then walk everywhere you need to go In Winter Park. Highly recommend this unit!

Great Location!
Wonderful condo in the heart of Winter park ski Resort. Five minute walk to the Gondala, if that. Condo was clean and king beds in both rooms were awesome! Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. Rich communicated well and was very responsive although we had no issues and did not need anything during our stay. He gave helpful tips on things to do, etc. would definitely stay here again! Only thing we had issue with, and it's nothing to do with the condo or Rich, is the parking situation. Didn't have a problem paying (the discounted price after entering the condo code) but had trouble with gate working on more than one occasion. Would enter code and it wouldn't work, even getting out of the parking garage. There is a call button you hit and verbally give the code and then they would take care of but just kind of a nuisance. We saw others having the same issue. But this is run by a separate company. Just letting future renters know about it so they aren't alarmed if they can't get in or out of the parking garage, just hit the call button!

Perfect location!
This is a great condo in a great location. Very spacious with great amenities. So close to walk to the Gondola to hop on the slopes or walk to get dinner or a snack. Beds in bedrooms were comfortable, nice furniture and plenty of room for our 3 teenage kids and ourselves. Property owner is one of the best we've had with VRBO, very attentive and proactive and answered questions quickly. Would highly recommend.

Enjoyed our stay. Appreciated the dedicated Internet access available. The shared building internet can be slow, this unit has its own and it was stable and fast. Kitchen was well equipped. This unit is near the elevators, so the plus is you don't have to walk all the way around the building, the negative is that you can get some noise from the elevator lobby area if people are loud. Overall great stay!

Perfect spot for Winter Park Resort
This condo is five stars on so many levels. Communication from the property manager, cleanliness, walk to the village/gondola, quick 5 minute drive to the town. From the moment you book, the property manager is in contact with you with lots of information that’s repeated just prior to your arrival. Instructions are very thorough and easy to understand. We were having an issue with the TV and called property manager. He stayed on the phone with us until it was resolved. Literally walk across the street and you’re in the village with access to gondola, restaurants, and shops. Our family had a wonderful time and would stay here again.
