Relaxing Getaway
My wife & I enjoyed the Rocky Mountain National Park and many scenic drives. We enjoyed coming back to the condo and making our own food and relaxing on the beautiful deck! I would highly recommend this property. Clean, cozy and convenient for our travels

Tired dated condo, great location, good value.
The complex looked like it was built in the 70's. The location in Winter Park is ideal. Close to restaurants, bus stop, & Winter Park skiing. My stay included Labor Day weekend, and even then I did not see anyone else in the pool or hot tubs. Very much the off season, but pleasant for me. No AC, that is a problem in the summer.

Studio was well organized, very clean, and spacious. Communication was very efficient. Really appreciated access to the vacuum and other cleaning supplies. Pool and hot tubs were nice.

Location location,
Loved the proximity to slopes, parking was good, small place but well appointed. Living room rug that is on top of the carpet is very wrinkled and a trip hazard—other than that it was all good. Loved the gym, pool and hot tubs on site. Nice place.

Minor glitches, but a good stay
The Sky Run Winter Park staff was outstanding in their responses I saw a review that said dated. It looked like there has been an update. I do take issue with the review that said well equipped kitchen. Although I enjoyed the selection of skillets, There was no large spoon. I donated one. I finally found the knives in the drawer under the oven. None of them would cut anything. And, there were no usable pans or cookie sheets for use in the oven. Like most rental condos, you would have to be creative to microwave anything. I have learned and carry my own Stainmaster containers for that purpose. I did find workarounds for my kitchen woes.

Great location - close to the mountain
This studio condo was very close to the base of Winter Park Mountain and conveniently along the bus route. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen had all of the equipment that I needed. Restaurants are all within walking distance (bus can also get you anywhere you need to go). I utilized the gym most mornings - it seems to be in the midst of renovations. On my final morning, I attempted to enter at 6am and 7am but found it locked both times - I'm not sure if the hours have changed vs. what was posted. Additionally, I did not have access to a ski locker in the garage to house my skis. I would recommend that anyone that stays at this location has a place to safely store their skis - the condo guidance was to not brings skis/boots into your room. All in all - this studio met my expectations and fulfilled all of my needs. Would stay again.

Condo was basic, bed, kitchen, bathroom. Good for our two night stay. Great location to attend the Blues on the Top festival and close to bars and restaurants. Would stay here again!

Solo Break
This property is everything it says it is. Definitely not high end but compact and everything it says on the description. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. The management company were very attentive and dealt with a couple of issues I had very very speedily. The only criticism I would have is that a lot of the storage is used up with bedding and supplies. That was fixeable by re-stacking those in the closet.

Perfect ski condo for two
We loved the condo and the location in Winter Park, which is walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. Condo was well-appointed and comfortable (including comfy bed). The building was quiet, so slept well. Loved having covered parking! We will consider another stay in the future.

We were so disappointed
We walked into the unit and was hit with an overwhelming smell of smoke and mildew. The hot tub was unusable and not even sure if in working condition. We didn’t stay there at all. Packed up and went somewhere else for the vacation.

Great Location
The location and amenities...hot tub and indoor pool is great. The Murphy bed is extremely comfortable, but the fold out couch was horrible. I'd bring an air mattress instead of sleeping on the couch mattress. There were no pool towels in the room upon arrival. After a phone call, they were delivered the next day. The kitchen is nice, but not well-equipped for people who actually cook. In the middle of cooking, I found there were no hot pads to remove food from the oven. No sponge with scrubbing side to clean pots in the sink and the bottom of the big pot is separated making it dangerous to use. Covered parking fills up fast in the late afternoon. Overall, the room worked for us, but will not re-book it in the future.

Overall the condo was clean and had comfortable furniture. Perfect for 2 people with easy access to the highway and local entertainment/restaurants. Building was very quiet, partly because there were not very many people there the end of August. Only two things we didn't expect was that there is no air conditioning in the summer (room would get warm during the day) and the Murphy bed was not the most comfortable. We did enjoy our stay and for the price, we would consider coming here again.

Clean space, fully equipped kitchen. Close to Rec facilities and easy access to the shuttle bus. Only downfall, At night the lights from the building behind are very bright through the blinds which is hard to get good rest if you are used to sleeping in a dark room.
