Winter Park Jazz Fest Extravaganza

Visited Winter Park for the first time for the Jazz Fest. Our unit was clean, well appointed and only 10 minutes from Rendezvous where the Jazz Fest was held. There was easy access to shopping, the movies and restuarants befitting everyone's taste. The unit was extremely quiet and peaceful. Can't wait to stay again!

Winter Park Family Weekend

The townhome was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The owners provided great instructions for how to use everything and access local attractions. Would 100% rent it again.

Family House

Appeared larger in the pictures, smaller in real life. Living space a little tight, especially if you have 9 people. Sleeping arrangements were fine. Nice to have 3 full bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked. Parking during the winter with snow banks, is difficult especially if you have a large vehicle. Location is nice and close to the Main Street.

Winter Park Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. Very spacious and quite comfortable. The 2 stories allowed for privacy for different couples. The kitchen was well supplied with enough plates, stemware and cooking utensils for a large gathering. Beds were super comfortable. Couch and furniture very comfortable. Internet worked very well. Huge selection of TV channels. The condo was extremely clean and enjoyable. It's in a great position for travel to the ski area and to down town Winter Park. We would surely request this condo again if we visit the area again,

What a treat!

What a perfectly fabulous weekend in the perfect townhome! This place has so much natural light, that it's just...HAPPY! It was so comfortable that you wanted to hang out, but at the same time all the sun streaming in kept us wanting to get back out there to enjoy all the fun! With walks and hikes right from the front door to enjoy the tremendous aspen change, to a pretty easy walk to the best breakfast restaurant in town - Wake N Bacon (went both mornings !) and a few great breweries/pubs/restaurants - this place is just located in the best spot! They thought of everything to make our stay comfortable...a beautiful gas fireplace on a thermostat, comfy beds, cozy quilts, games to play, a yoga mat & block, coffee and condiments, super clear TV, great shampoo/conditioner/body wash...all of it was just high end hospitality. We will DEFINITELY be coming back to this home! Thank you for your extra touches that made our getaway special!
