The Space:
Welcome to Alpine Bliss, located at the Winter Park Resort! This mountainside condo in Winter Park, Colorado is a true winter paradise. Located just steps from the ski slopes, it offers the perfect blend of beauty and convenience. Inside this 2 bedrooms, 2 bath condo you'll find a cozy and welcoming space, adorned with charming decor. The open layout creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes.

After a day on the mountain, enjoy your favorite meals and snacks in your well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and your music and movies with the condo's top notch AV system! Step out onto the balcony and be greeted by breathtaking mountain views. Not only is this condo located on the front of the Fraser Crossing building, it is approximately 40 feet from the shared Amenities deck which features a pool, hot tub, grilling stations and outdoor fireplace. Located at the base village of Winter Park Resort you will not find a better location and quality finishes anywhere else in Winter Park. Alpine Bliss is the ideal retreat for a memorable getaway.

Although the towns of Winter Park and Fraser remain open, the Winter Park Resort is closed approximately between:

We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in. Elevations by Portoro uses smart locks with check-in details provided 2 weeks prior to arrival by email and text message.

• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

Please be aware the amenities deck, including hot tubs and grills will be closed during your stay. The hot tubs are being replaced. Additionally, there will be loud construction noise while hot tubs are being replaced. The construction crews will be working 6 days a week from approximately 7AM-7PM. The approximate dates of the closure through beginning of 2025 (Founder Pointe, January 24, 2025; Fraser Crossing, February 10, 2025). The booking prices during this time are reflective of hot tub/amenities deck closure and construction discount. No further discounts or refunds will be given related to hot tub closure/construction. If you wish to cancel, you will need to do so within 24-hours of creating the booking or within the cancellation period window in order to receive a refund. The property is located at Winter Park Resort in the Fraser Crossing/Founders Pointe Building. We are located right across from the free community bus, "The Lift". Download The Lift Rider App to see departure and arrival times of the bus and destinations. Local Amtrak service is available at different times of the year in Winter Park and Fraser.

Traveling to Winter Park Resort:
• Denver International Airport (90-miles by vehicle)

• Take the Amtrak train: Winter Park Express ( seasonal) / California Zephyr (once daily)
• Take a shuttle: DIA on Home James Transportation / Grand Mountain Rides

During winter months, Colorado has a statewide traction law which requires a 4-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive vehicle to drive on Colorado roads. We are located in a high altitude mountain climate. Snow can occur at any time during winter months. Failure to have a 4-wheel-drive or all-wheel-drive vehicle will likely result in being unable to reach your vacation rental. No refunds will be given due to poor weather conditions. We encourage all guests to consider 3rd party travel insurance if they have travel concerns.

Interaction with Guests:
Our goal is that your vacation exceed your expectations. Elevations by Portoro communicates via email and phone. After a booking is confirmed, rental agreement will be emailed to the guest for e-signature. Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message 14 days (or less) prior to arrival date. We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check in. We do typically check in with guests by text 1-2 times during their stays to ensure a 5-star experience and remain available for any questions. We are available to guests 24/7 for any inquiries.

Our family loved this stay right in the heart of winter park! It is right near great food, ski rentals, and the slopes. Walking distance to everything. This home is perfect.

Very clean and easy access to the gondola
This unit was spacious and extremely clean. 4 adults shared it with no issue and enjoyed the short (about 5 minute) walk to the gondola.

Wonderful stay in Winter Park
We loved everything about the condo and the overall experience. It was SO clean (I'm picky) and well stocked with everything you need/want including a fully stocked kitchen, dish soap, laundry detergent, plenty of bath towels, soap...felt like a home away from home. The location off of the elevators made it easy when bringing in luggage or after a tiring day on the slopes. Additionally, the amenity deck with the hot tub/fireplace and amazing views was just a few feet away. The location and proximity to the resort is very convenient (just a short walk across the street). The on-site covered parking garage was also very convenient. Michelle was a great host and had great communication throughout the process. Overall wonderful experience and will definitely be back!
