A common hallway provides access to the upper floor and has one full bathroom.
A queen bed and en-suite bathroom as in the master bedroom. A second bedroom offers two twin beds. Third bedroom also has two twin beds.
This particular unit is on the second floor of the building and has 1,128 square feet with a split level interior.
The Lions Gate complex is located 1 block from the Main Street in downtown Winter Park - a great location! The free town shuttle stops in front of the building.
The property has an outdoor heated pool, indoor hot tubs, game room, locker room with sauna, coin operated laundry and 2 large lounge areas to relax. During the summer months the courtyard offer a common BBQ grill for guests.
All guest are required to use the parking passes from the unit when staying here and have a vehicle.

NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED. The Lions Gate Pines Lodge HOA does not permit guest to have pets or smoking at the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they smoke or bring a pet on the property.
