3 BR with Private Hot Tub and views of the slopes in prestigious Lakota!!

Beautiful 3 bedroom 2.5 Bath townhouse with attached garage and awesome views of the Winter Park ski slopes! The ski parking/drop off area is incredibly close, only 0.6 miles door to door! You can even see the gondola running out your window! Private 8-person hot tub just. 1 car garage with high ceilings, so SUV with a ski/snowboard rack will often fit in with equipment remaining in rack!

Large flat screen TVs in the family room and all 3 bedrooms, with Comcast/Xfinity high-speed wireless internet. Each TV has a Roku Ultra device for streaming all you favorite content with popular apps like Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube TV, Hulu, Disney Channel and many more (logging in with your account is required for each app, but Roku TV is available for free providing live TV for many popular shows).

Master bedroom has a king bed. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed as well. The 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with 2 queen size beds. A roll-out bed is also available to add an extra bed to bring the total number it can sleep to 9. A pack and play is also available in master bedroom closet. The unit is large at just over 1,740 sq ft, with plenty of room to sit in the family room. Also has a deck with outdoor table and grill.

Easy access to Winter Park Lift bus system. Key-less entry, so no need to stop anywhere to get keys.

Excellent stay at Eric and Shanna’s
Eric and Shanna’s property made for a fantastic stay for our group. The property was even better than expected, very clean, perfect location to get to the lifts, spacious, and had everything we needed as far as kitchen and bedroom amenities. They were very responsive and accommodating hosts, I would 100% stay again!

Condo is just as described. Great location with views of Winter Park Mountain. Condo was extremely clean upon arrival. Space was perfect for our family. Clean and easy to use hot tub was perfect after a long day on the slopes. Would stay here again upon return to WP.

Beautiful Views, Perfect Location
You cannot beat the views and location of this beautiful townhouse. It was the perfect home base for our Winter Park ski trip. Plenty of space for our family to spread out and relax, quick drive to the resort plus convenient shuttle bus service, and we also enjoyed the view of the ski hill watching the gondolas and skiers from the living room. Shanna and Eric were absolutely outstanding in communicating promptly and being so helpful throughout our stay.

Great location!
This property was close to winter park and within walking distance to winter park resort. Adequate space for the 6 of us on this trip. Hot tub and view were great. Only complaint was the microwave didn't work very well.

Fabulous Property!
We had a wonderful stay! The multi level condo is very spacious. The views of the mountain as well as sunset are amazing. What a great location! After skiing, it was nice to enjoy the private hot tub. Eric and Shanna were quick to respond to any questions and very pleasant to communicate with. I highly recommend staying here.

This place is amazing. The location is prime time. Super quick to the slopes, dinner, town and everything. The house is in incredible condition and the views are spectacular. Truly loved it and would recommend 5 stars easy. Don’t take this as a no effort review. It’s that good.

Beautiful view, great place!
The views from the deck and private hot tub are beautiful! The location is convenient to hiking trails, a quick drive to town for restaurants and shopping, we went to a rodeo in Fraser a short drive away, and spent a day paddle boarding and kayaking at Grand Lake. The townhome delivered everything as promised and easily accommodated our family trip with plenty of space for three couples. The hosts were very responsive to questions regarding parking and provided thorough answers and instructions for anything needed. Highly recommend!

Spectacular Mountain View
This was such a beautiful place for our New Year getaway. The place was clean and comfortable. The hot tub was warm and relaxing. We saw nature up close. Kitchen was well stocked. Pretty close to bus station that took us to the village which was very convenient. Eric was very friendly and helpful. We hope that if time permits we can see you again in the future!

We stayed here with our 3 kids (13, 9, 8) and my parents. We loved the view and the hot tub! The kitchen was well stocked with spices, coffee filters, etc. We just needed to go buy additional toilet paper. Would highly recommend this property! We found it easiest to drive over to the G lot and take the shuttle from there right to the drop off circle by the Gondola (easier than walking the 1/4 mi uphill to the stop by the house).
