Our cottage features the following in a fantastic and activated area of town:
BEDROOMS:
There are 2 private bedrooms each featuring a queen size bed, a dresser, a closet, a Smart TV with remote, 2 night stands in each room, 2 table lamps with USB charging and phone docking in each room, and a side chair.
Each bedroom also features a ceiling fan with customizable remote control settings.
BATHROOM:
There is one full bathroom in the home that features dual vanities, walk in shower, towel rack behind the door, and complimentary toiletries.
There is also a first aid kit on the shelves above the toilet, a house hair dryer and house straightening iron for those that need them during their stay.
OFFICE:
The office is equipped with a work desk, rolling chair, computer monitor with HDMI connector, powered leather massage chair with remote control settings, and light reading material.
There is also a twin size roll away cot and pack n play stored in the closet.
LIVING/DINING:
The combined living and dining spaces offer both comfort and functionality. There is a round pedestal dining table that seats 4, a 3 seater leather couch and 2 reclining side chairs.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen also comes fully stocked with pots and pans, standard utensils and cookware, plates/bowls/dishes/cups & wine glasses, and a keurig coffee maker and coffee percolator.
We keep table salt, olive oil, and popcorn on hand as well.
SPACIOUS DECK/ BACKYARD:
There is room for outdoor dining and relaxing on the brand new deck. Outdoor table features 4 chairs, with 2 additional side chairs for relaxing.
Other nearby attractions include Graylyn Estate & Conference Center, Historic Bethabara Park, SECCA, & LJVM Coliseum. Also just a 10 minute drive to both major hospitals.
