"We enjoyed a lovely weekend at Dogwood Springs Ranch. We spent the early morning hours drinking coffee on the front porch and watching the hummingbirds zip around. It was peaceful and very relaxing. Carlos provided a nice tour of the property via golf cart and also shared a dozen of fresh eggs. The cottage was well appointed and very clean. It was the perfect setting for our reunion weekend in the Mineola area."

"First let me start by saying this is a 5 star place to stay, but a few exceptions forced my 4 star review. House was spotless, and so much room! Kitchen was HUGE with lots of room for cooking and gathering. Views were beyond amazing. There were a few things that did give us pause (no paper towels, no body soap in shower, no hot pads in kitchen), but a trip into town and we were ok. We had an issue with the stove, but owner sent a repairman out immediately! We will book this place again!"

"The place is like a movie set, beautiful lake surrounded by trees with a heavenly feeling close to the nature. The place is super cute with everything you need to eat, rest and have fun. Even though we didn't use any water sports equipment like paddleboat, canoe etc, it was there for fun. The place is very peaceful with natural sounds of trees, water and birds. CANT WAIT TO GO BACK AGAIN IN FEW MONTHS. "
