The space
This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment sits on the 3rd floor, of a large newly renovated triplex. The property is located in the lovely neighborhood of Scotia Heights, an area rich in history with beautiful tree lined streets and nearby parks.

Your exterior entrance is shared with only on other suite. Once inside the main entrance there is a wide staircase leading up to your apartment door. From here there is another staircase leading up to your suite.

Other things to note
While this unique character building is coming back to life it is awaiting a fresh facelift to the exterior paint in fall 2023. We will be blocking reservations during that time but would like guests to be aware that the fresh updates inside are not yet reflected on the exterior of the space.
