Exquisite 2 Bedroom Basement Suite

Home away from home, a newly built Basement Unit, tastefully furnished and dedicated for guests, in a quiet area of the city. We do not have pets in the house; we welcome every race and color. The suite is a 2 bedroom self-contained, equipped with refrigerator, Kitchenette (includes Microwave, Electric Kettle, Plates, cutlery, and double Sink), Ironing board, TV, Roku TV, WiFi. It has a shower and toilet. Towels, Shower Gel, Shampoo, and conditioner are provided.

DO NOT STAY HERE
I checked and the property is not licensed by Winnipeg to operate as a guest house. The room is a basement apartment and the door can be locked by the owner of the house. There is no fire escape. You enter the room by the front door to the general family living room and enter the basement apartment. NOISE. Lots of noise. The owner even texted me one night telling me that they were going to have a fellowship meeting that night between 2200h and 0100h, and that there would noise and to bear with them. Insane! I bolted out of that place and found a legitimate Inn in the city for the rest of my visit in Winnipeg. DO NOT STAY HERE! You will regret it if you do.
