A very basic older motel, that worked okay for a quick cheap overnight stop while traveling. Had some noisy neighbours, but not really the fault of the motel.

Property is very dated and the normal heater did not work, but they do a good job of keeping it clean! If you just need a place to sleep for the night at a low price point, this place fits the bill.

Always comfortable and quiet! Walking distance from everything we might need, especially since it is conveniently close to The Griddle (best breakfast and service in town)!

First off, the staff is very nice and helpful. However, the rooms are not great. Sometimes you gamble on a budget hotel and get a great value, sometimes you get dirty rooms. The heater was not working in the room, so I was provided with a space heater. The carpet was super dirty. Dead bugs on the furniture. And the bathroom was incredibly outdated and the shower did not drain.

Check in went quickly and efficiently. Received recommendations for walking distance restaurant. Room is clean and comfortable. Quiet area off the main road. Able to park my truck and trailer in front. Good value for money and good nights rest! Thank you

I arrived hear very late at night and had to ring the bell to wake them up. The office manager turned on the office lights, opened the door and greeted me with a big smile. I said, “I’m sorry for arriving so late.” She responded, “No problem at all, gave me my door card and in a very positive voice said, “Enjoy your stay and I hope you sleep well.” It’s very quiet here and room is very cozy and clean. What a nice little motel and staff.

We've stayed at Town House a half dozen times over the years. It's an older motel, but well-maintained. And the price is a bargain. We'll probably stay here whenever overnighting in Winnemucca.
