"We had a wonderful peaceful 5-day nature getaway from the city at Frida's by the Sea Beach House: close to beautiful Red Head beach via nature walk, lovely modernised farmhouse-style cottage with the feeling of home + art decor, dog friendly for our little Jack Russell cross including fenced in yard and friendly cow neighbours, wonderful dark skies to see the Milky Way etc, close to Forster for excellent dog-friendly restaurants,..., and friendly responsive host Evelyn. "This charming house was the perfect getaway we needed for a few days by the surf and sand. The house was lovely and clean although a little aged with some minor repairs needed but all cosmetic (missing cupboard door, the blinds on the back sliding door dont work and the dishwasher screen wouldnt turn on so i couldn't use it) We will be back again for sure!"

"It was at a great location, we needed a place we could feel relax in. Our stay was lovely. Just before Xmas my Mum passed away and we needed to clean out her home in Murray st, so your place was just perfect for all of us to stay at. I have left a few extra tea towels as a thank you. "Our stay at the Simple Patch was wonderful. Everything about the cottage is so considered, from the huge comfy bed, to the picturesque windows, and the convenience of a well-appointed kitchen. the cottage was private and comfortable, but we loved having the opportunity to bring our young daughter down to the homestead to meet the pony and feed the chickens - a great experience that added to our stay.
